Brilliant service

The online ordering is so fast and efficient. The staff in Haywards Heath are professional and friendly with really good knowledge and happy to answer all questions. Very helpful and the product was excellent as well as being on offer.
Definitely recommend Brewers and Osmo.

Ordered stock paint on line, advised ready for collection an hour later.
No problems.

This was my first time using Brewers Decorator Centre as I’d always assumed it would be expensive, so I never bothered before. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a lot of items are actually better priced than the big DIY stores. Ordering online was really easy, and my order was ready to collect in under 15 minutes. Great first experience – I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered some red oxide paint online to collect at my nearest store, and the website advised 1 working day. The email confirmation stated 5 or 6 working days. I phoned to check why and was told it’s just an estimate.
It’s a 10 minute drive to Screwfix, had I known I would have done that, although in the end I got the paint within 2 days. I had the uncertainty of not knowing whether to start a job.
The quality of Brewers range is always high, but I find everything is priced at maximum.
The young man who served me was friendly and helpful, but other staff I’ve dealt with tend to seem to want you out as soon as possible.
Useful to have locally but not first choice.

The team at Brewers Haywards Heath give superb customer service and are always on hand to give valuable advice regarding all their products.

Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for decorating products.

I ordered the tinted Albany paint online. Brewers were very efficient and called to let me know when it was ready. Definitely service with a smile!

ordered paint online and it arrived much quicker than expected.

Tried to get a sample pot of Brewers Oyster 6065 paint, bought online then got called from the local branch saying cannot do a sample pot. Wasted my time there so went elsewhere

As and when you need decorating supplies, this is the place.

Try to be helpful but sometimes you go in to buy something your decorator has suggested and Brewers talk you into buying something you don’t want or need at twice the price.

Really efficient; great prices!!
