I was going to order satinwood, then I saw 250ml tester cans just below on screen, which I thought would be easier for me to move and hold, however I didn't realise they only do emulsion in tester cans so although handy were different to what I ordered, anyway they were delivered the day after ordering so good service

My experience of Brewers is of the highest recommendation the people who work in the Lee Branch go above beyond their role. I found that they have knowledge and years experience in understanding the industry that they work in. which is rare nowadays . Today I needed a particular paint that I have bought from them before as I'm 1/2 way through a job and I discovered that this paint is being superseded by another product as wasn't on the shelf and I needed that exact paint to finish. The gentleman behind the counter rang another branch and is getting me this paint delivered to he's branch this afternoon and will give me a call so I can collect. This is what I call a service that other businesses should look at for inspiration. will use again

I walked in to this store on a Saturday to 3 older men (55 +) standing behind the desk, arms folded and chatting amongst themselves, no interest in customers coming in, I had to interrupt them talking as they saw me standing there but made no attempt to engage, I asked a question about a base coat and got a flat ‘that’s not sold here’ back to their conversation no offer of alternatives… rude and unprofessional (probably as I was a woman) then I asked another question still they just stood there with absolutely no intention of coming out from behind the till to help me. I usually go to Bromley Branch and they are great, top service. These 3 old chumps were doing the least amount of work and offering the least amount of help. Won’t use this place again!

Shopped in store at Brewers numerous times but this was my first online purchase. Got some helpful info from their online advice service and my order was prepared promptly for collection. Store itself is well stocked and the staff are nice. Will keep shopping here for sure.
