Good fast service

Staff always so helpful & go the extra mile….
Lowerstoft branch has a delivery van and they always deliver with a smile!
Tom & Mike are a delight to speak too…. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Always receive a good level of service from Brewers and they have a broad range of products available in store and online.
Ordering is straightforward and I’ve never had any problems getting what I need.

Easy to order online and collect at the Paint Centre later that day if it is a stock item. Also to discuss products with knowledgeable staff.

Good service. They left a clear voicemail about the status of the delivery. The delivery was quicker than expected and they followed my delivery instructions. Much appreciated.

Easy to order but I then have to check if the goods I ordered are available before collection. Therefore not as slick as other online ordering. I rang to check but no one answers the phone. I sent an email to the store which never got replied to. I did go and get the paint the following day ok.

I was carrying out some decorating for the first time in 20 years & needed quite a bit of advice as well as paints, brushes etc. Thankfully I got both the items and very good friendly advice. I shall return & the wife is hoping it won't be as long as 20 years!

No issues with the internet click and collect order. Placed it and paid for it and collected it without issue.

Very watery ,needs loads of coats of paint to cover , colour not as stated, supposed to be mustard, more orange marigold.wouldnt recommend

Brewers are my go to supplier: friendly staff with goods delivered with no packaging by their local van.
Great choice of products and decently priced.
One concern is they are getting big and if they become like any other online supplier, they would lose my custom. At the moment it still is primarily a local branch manned by local people. Brewers, please keep it that way with your local delivery van!
