Great Service, no sooner have you ordered on line and they are in touch to let you know that your order is ready to collect. Staff are always happy, approachable and very helpful.

Ordered paint for my garden fence and had very quick delivery to local store.Delighted with service.

Staff always helpful and insightful. Their Knowledge of the decorating world is great and their delivery service is also very friendly and customer oriented. Never had a bad experience at Brewers. Plus they price match all Zinsser products which I use a lot of.

I’ve always bought my paint from the usual DIY stores but Brewers had what I needed and they will be my first port of call from now on.

The gentleman who helped me this morning was knowledgeable and succinct and gave me some great advice on the problem.
He even directed me towards the on sale products to save on costs.

Would recommend this centre for anyones decorating needs.

Been to Brewers several times and always had great service. Our local branch is Morpeth (Northumberland) where we were served by Heather. She has a great eye for colour and offered sound advice. Very happy with the results of our bedroom makeover. Definitely recommend Brewers (and Heather).

I visited the Morpeth branch today 24/2/24 and Heather could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge on the wallpapers you sell was immense! After going to order some wallpaper and finding out it was discontinued she helped me find alternatives, knowing exactly what I was after from my initial choice. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work shone through so much so she ended up staying at least 25 mins after her shift was finished. I have borrowed some books to help cement my choices (I’m now doing living room, bedroom and bathroom now 😌)
I will be returning when Heather is in as she is amazing-brilliant customer service!
