Easy to order online and where to choose to collect. Straight forward and simple process

The staff in the Petersfield branch are so kind and helpful, special mention for Jen who has been very tolerant whilst I found the right colours for my kitchen and then remembered me when I came back to buy the paint. Nice atmosphere in the store too very jolly and happy.

Brilliant customer service. So helpful and patient, particularly with my indecisiveness on colours. I was really pleased that the have me some wall paper lining to test my match points on and advised me to position them in different parts of the room, at different times of the day to see the change in colours.

I had ordered clicker collect. same day. I parked okay. my order was ready.
And I had help to put it in the boot of my car Two big tubs of paint. Very helpful what more could you ask for thank you.

Ordered some paint on line(click and collect). The process was simple with loads of colour choice. The estimated time for collecting was 5 working days, where it was actually ready in 2 days

The process was ok, but was given a pot of mixed paint that the lid didn't close on properly, just a postit note stating to be careful. I did comment to the staff on collection but they just laughed it off. Also lightly Lime is not a pale colour if you are thinking of buying it.

The wonderful staff there have given me so much of their invaluable help. Don't know what I would have done without them.

Excellent products and service. Highly recommend. Great ordering on line to pick up in store later too.
