I ordered Purdy brushes
I ordered Purdy brushes, waited 2 weeks, travelled twice to Brewers shop and then I had to cancel the order because they told me that do not know when the brushes will be available

Good quality paint and service
Good quality paint and delivered on the same day a custom mixed batch.

Very disappointing
I have been buying here for my work for many years. Lately the rollers I use have been replaced with useless non pro rubbish.
Also the paint mixing to colour is totally a different shade to the one I previously had ( same make same code)

I'm sorry to read your 2* review and to hear you are disappointed with your recent purchases. If your rollers aren't fit for use, please get in touch with your local store and they will be able to replace any faulty products. Regarding the colour variation, there could be a number of reasons for this which we'd be happy to discuss with you. Your local store will be happy to help with any advice, alternatively you can contact me on mail@brewers.co.uk with your contact details and I will arrange for one of the local team to get in touch.

Most delivered on time
Most delivered on time , they had to split the order to get stock in , but this was no problem as delivered 1st thing next day .

Got a similar product to what I had ordered. Used it anyway. Due to time constraints. Was OK. Would have preferred what I ordered though.

Online alternative to browsing in the Brewers shop.
I like browsing in the Brewers shop, but when I was indisposed and shopped online the website was well organised and the buying process simple.
The right goods arrived quite quickly. Simple and efficient.
