Jerry was so helpful in mixing up a bespoke paint colour for me. Colour was perfect. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service
Ordered Little Greene paint at 10pm and next day at 12 noon, the lady from Brewers was knocking on the door. Free delivery and a fantastic service - so refreshing!

Good but needs to improve
Wrong paint delivered but was replaced by the right product next day.
Had a letter saying you get a £5 tesco voucher with every purchase but haven't received this.
It's taken nearly 2 months for Brewers to tell me they have moved, I have an account at this store and been a customer for 31years but it massively needs to improve on it's communication and answering the phone as I have had to order materials from other companies of late.

We went to Brewers looking for…
We went to Brewers looking for wallpaper. We looked in a few books and found one that we both liked. Noted the number and then ordered it online as we were unsure if we needed one or two. It said it would be ready in 5 days. We picked our wallpaper up and was pleased we had picked that particular one. Have not hung it yet as the room is not ready.

Ive been using Brewers Swindon branch for a long time now. Always very helpful with advice, always have what I want in stock and the delivery guy Steve is a really nice guy to talk to.

Good and bad!
The negative: website showed product was in stock, when it wasn't, but would be in a few days. I needed the product that day so requested a refund.
The positive: the collection shop rang me very quickly to arrange a refund, which was made immediately

Whenever I have needed specialist paints in this particular case or in the past for wallpaper, they have been able to order it in and at a fair price.
Highly recommended.
