Great value very easy online ordering

I love shopping in Brewers Wellingborough. The staff are all always happy to help and very knowledgeable about the products.

I like the variety and quality of the items for the price. The paint, in particular, has been better than most I've found in other local stores. The staff are very helpful and friendly, making it an overall enjoyable experience.

Click and collect from Wellingborough store, peeing down of rain at the time and the gentleman even loaded up the x5 10L tubs of Armstead Into my van for me 😊

Where to begin… item ordered but order was never dispatched - waited few days before giving Brewers a call to tell me order was not received/lost by courier. Person on the phone could not give an exact date of next delivery. Waited and Eventually got the order the following week; if I had cancelled and reordered on the day i found out the order was lost, I would have received it earlier.
Item delivered by Brewers themselves with box half ripped/open and damaged. Wallpaper roll had edges damaged.
At this point, I should have complained but was already late with project.
They Can’t take and order, can’t track an order, can’t deliver a product with no damage.
If an order is placed, surely a process should be in place to alert somebody at Brewers that the order hasn’t been dispatched/in transit/received after 24hours or so.
It’s a shame, Brewers have opened a branch locally so after this experience not sure I want to carry on shopping there, sorry.

First time visit to a Brewers decorators( Wellingborough), and the guy serving me was just fabulous. I had a huge list, I wasn’t very knowledgable on some products but he explained, helped, carried and mixed my paints. Nothing was too much trouble for him at all. Very knowledgable , very professional and I walked away with everything I needed without having to visit other shops! I will be using this as my ‘new go to’ from now on. So impressed . Thank you .
