Prompt and efficient … extremely helpful and friendly when collecting order

Put in a telephone order, and an online order (for paint) in the last week. Very efficient and friendly. Delivery was made the next morning on both occasions. Faultless.
Also got 20% off so very happy!

Louise was so friendly and helpful and really knew her paint options. We came out with various different samples and will be back soon to buy the paint. It was an absolute pleasure and would thoroughly recommend speaking with Louise.

Needed 2 cans of mixed paint for a customer Kidderminster and Stourbridge no stock of the base needed only Worcester branch had the base but a terrible attitude really rude and no help at alll. Left without the paint and went to Dulux who were brilliant.

I received a call the day after I placed an order , advising delivery delayed by just one day due to vehicle breakdown. Firstly, it was nicespeaking to a real person and secondly, delivery was far quicker than I expected. Would definitely use this company again.

In February I went to the Brewers branch in Kidderminster. The
service was awful. I am disabled and there was nowhere for me to sit and the two people serving were very unhelpful. In March I needed some multipurpose paint for some external work. This time I ordered on line after taking advice from Brewers Worcester branch. What a difference ! The person I spoke to was so helpful. The paint was delivered directly to my home ( Kidderminster staff did not tell me about this service) A member of staff from Brewers Worcester rang to say the paint would be delivered a day late which was not a problem and they followed my directions for leaving the paint if I was not at home. I was so delighted with the service, I rang Worcester branch and thanked them.
I would definately use this service again. Thank you Brewers Worcester.
