Just renewed our annual contract for the 11th year. Couldn't contemplate being without Brightpearl and having ALL information in one place.

They deserve 5 stars except for one niggle they never put right. When selecting a date for a P&L report, why doesn't it default to the current year. Instead it defaults to 2000 then to 2020 and then to 2025. It is so very tedious.

Absolutely horrible service by our rep. Trying to get a plan together that worked and then she just ignored us until it was too late and we had to sign a higher priced contract to avoid it being shut off. We will never renew again

We moved to Brightpearl in September 2022 because we needed to streamline the online side of our business and also manage shared stock with our retail store. It has been a great move for us and has significantly reduced the amount of manual admin required for each order, saving time and money. I would recommend Brightpearl to online or multi-channel businesses.

We have been using Brightpearl since 2014. We have moved twice to different platforms during this time,
both times, the integration was straightforward, and support was always at hand if needed. A very reliable system, with a fantastic support team on hand. We have been a happy customer for over 10 years and can't think of using anyone else - highly recommended.

We have been working with Brightpearl since 2023 when we launched our UK website, Nicolaharding.com, selling high-end furniture, lighting and home decor.

The partnership has been excellent and the software is a key enabler for the growth of our business. It is not the perfect solution, but I have never seen a SAS system that works exactly as you would want it to across all facets of a business.

However, we are a complex business with multiple inventory locations, multiple markets, multiple customer types etc, and the Brightpearl team have been amazing at helping us to adapt their solution to our needs. It has been one of the most collaborative tech partnerships that I have enjoyed in my career, I would highly recommend them.

Having used Brightpearl since 2013, we outgrew some of the warehouse offerings the system has as default. As such Brightpearl were able to point us to Peoplevox, one of their warehousing partners and we have taken our business to the next level.

I have been using BP since 2011 and it has been excellent value for money in my opinion and the single best business decision we have made in that time. Automation has been very useful although I'd like to see it expanded to work on Purchase Orders as well as just Sales orders. Native reporting is sometimes limited but the ability to extract over the API has allowed us to get what we need and overcome this issue.

TrailerTek has been a customer of BrightPearl for nearly 5 years, we have always received great support from the team. It allows us to streamline may process allowing us to focus on driving the business forward. I would highly recommend for any businesses that is looking to streamline and scale their business.

We have just renewed with Brightpearl for our 5th year in a row as we love the system and support we get as a rapidly growing business.

Our experience with Brightpearl has been overwhelmingly positive - from the initial sales consultation to the seamless onboarding and ongoing support, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The integrations implemented by the Brightpearl team have significantly improved our efficiency and accuracy. The software's comprehensive suite of functionalities caters to the diverse needs of our teams.

Brightpearl is a great program if you do not want to use it as a financial/accounting system. I do wish they had more options for attaching files.

We have been a customer since Brighpearl's inception, we have paid monthly for their service, in March they changed our DDR for to the full annual amount and took it. I emailed them 3 times and have spoken to BP support twice (you can speak direct to billing)they have created 2 tickets and no one has bothered to contact me, steer clear of these amateurs, the service has gone down hill since they've taken over. I am writing this while hanging on the phone to SAGE billing not knowing of they're going to sort this before I go legal.

We have been using Brightpearl for about 5 years now.
Initial set up was a doddle as we had lots of help with this from the support team.
Staff training was thorough and in no way rushed. They made sure we were confident and knew our way around the system before we went live.
The support team are very knowledgeable and also very friendly. That's a rare thing these days!
The system is slick and very easy to use. Any problems are rare but dealt with quickly.
I would recommend Brightpearl to everyone.

Inventory Planner is a great tool as it makes it easy to sink the data on a real time basis without any delays. It loads all our data in a short time in a consistent manner. Loading data via flat file makes it easier to work on. This is hands down the fastest, most accurate, well thought out and intuitive software. Literally saves hours of time every single day. It calculates everything so fast and handles a large number of products with ease.

We have implemented BrightPearl's inventory management platform this year and it has been a great experience. I particularly wanted to highlight the support we got from our implementation consultant during the project as he was very knowledgeable, had a can-do attitude with our requests, and was a pleasure to work with throughout.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brightpearl. Onboarding with all the new systems has not come without its challenges, but I feel I was supported by everyone, every step of the way. A special Thank You to Alex Sweeting. He worked extremely hard and went above and beyond expectations. Thank you for all your hard work in getting us live. It is not every day you get to work with such a friendly and professional business partner.
