I wish I had looked this company up before I purchased some boots!
I ordered two pairs and when they arrived they were a completely different boot, they told me I had to return at my expense and they would give me 'up to' 10% back!
I asked if they were going to send the correct boots which they have ignored, thought it was too good to be true!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered chunky heeled boots, supposedly stretch for a larger calf. The advert shows stretch, and even a woman putting her arm into them.
They arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Battered, misshaped and cheap in appearance. No stretch whatsoever. Thin material. No electric panel as per the advert, just tough material.
When I tried to cancel my order I got the following refund policy:
We can only refund you a maximum of     15% of the product fee to close this issue（If you keep the package.）
If you want a full refund of the product cost, you must send the package to us according to our return policy, we do not provide postage, please understand.
If a return/exchange is your final decision, please send the item to the return address below.

Currently trying to be a reimbursement from my bank

I ordered a pair of boots . I received a pair of awful boots that do not resemble the ones I bought. I contacted them and they said they cannot refund shippping costs or the item and they give me a discount to keep them or I pay to send them back to china .. I should not pay anything they refuse to refund avoid it’s a scam they do not send what’s on the picture

This is a SCAM . Received an email saying we had not completed the purchase and to try again . Checked with my card supplier and they had already taken the amount and trying to get more. We have now put a complaint into our card supplier and trying to get our money back through them . DO NOT USE !!!

Absolutely rubbish! Avoid at all costs. Won't refund am going to have to try for a chargeback

Boots arrived after around 6 weeks and they went straight into the bin. What a load of rubbish, not fit for purpose, paper thin material, not as described at all, they were more like dressing up boots for kids. I did not unfortunately read the reviews before purchasing them but would strongly advise others to do so before they waste their money on the thieves from this company!!

The shoes are disgusting,the leather are fake,it's not stretchy as claimed.it doesn't fit and I can't imagine myself in them.Yhr company need to close down and stop producing rubbish for a shoe.

Boots arrived 1 month after ordering. They were awful. Wrong colour and size sent. The quality is shockingly shit!! Nothing like what is shown or described in picture. Wish I had read the reviews first before ordering. Have emailed wanting refund but no reply!!

I ordered a pair of shoes 7 weeks ago and EVRI have lost them so I have contacted the supplier to ask for a refund. They can see by the tracking that the shoes have not been delivered I have sent them proof that EVRI are confirming they have lost them. All I keep getting is check your door/back garden for them. I DO NOT HAVE THEM THEY HAVE NOT BWEN DELIVERED SO ATP TELLING ME TO CHECK. This company is as disgrace and should not be operating.

Total crap, been totally ripped off i ordered these boots as a present for my wife am so disappointed, boots are the worst thing ever got. Brilliant shoes you should be ashamed of yourself hopefully will get response from my email. DONT BY FROM BRILLIANTSHOES

Boots arrived late and are not fit for purpose. Disgraceful quality, think I would be crippled if I tried wearing them. Tried to get a refund but absolutely NO reply from them. Really should be banned from operating. Trading standards should check them out. Disgusting that they are just conning people with false claims.

Ordered boots several week ago and then they arrived they are totally different boots, different shape and material just cheap tat. They expect me to pay to return postage and offer 10% discount. I wish I had checked here first. Please avoid as I now need to contact the bank.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that option is not available! I ordered black faux suede, knee-high stretch boots in wide fit. What I received was black creased plastic-looking knee-high boots that were not stretch or wide fit. The company has told me I can either have 15% of the cost back and keep the boots, or send them back for a full refund but I have to pay to send them. I’ve told them this is not acceptable as they made the error so need to sort the transportation themselves and give me a full refund……I’m awaiting their reply but I’m not holding my breath.

Quality of boots shocking. Supposed to have stretchy legs. A child’s legs are the only ones getting theirs in these. Bin it is. What a waste of money

If only you could give a minus review. As with all the other reviews this company is awful. I only ordered from them as the website is a co.uk site implying they are a UK company, THEY ARE NOT. The quality is so poor and not as advertised at all, they don’t even look like the boots on the site. I contacted them to request a regund and surprisingly I received a prompt reply, however they can only be returned to China, at my expense or I can accept a measly 10% refund. I can’t believe I fell for this, more fool me

They sent the wrong size, wrong colour , wrong boot . so do not use only give you 10per cent refund or you have to pay postage back which was more than the boot cost
