NOT FREE RETURNS!!!!
Website states free returns, looks UK based.
Is in China, shoes are not orthopaedic and very POORLY made and they make you pay the return fee.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I wish I had read reviews BEFORE ordering.
Product is not fit for purpose. I ordered arch support scandals. Product was 2 sizes too small, cheap & no arch support. I requested refund, long email from China telling me it's too expensive and I have to pay. These sites should be taken down, total rip off & not selling what is being shown.

I ordered these shoes as a present for my Wife, that eventually turned up after waiting a month only to find that they're complete and utter rubbish.. I felt ashamed to give them to my wife ...

They're definitely not as described
The Wide fit is not wide fit , the sizing is also wrong... The shipping was also very poor, just packed in a plastic bag with no added protection..

Ifi could have given them a ZERO rating I would have done.

Bought 3 pairs of sandals & 3 bras. The bras were absolutely useless, they wouldn’t have fit my 2 year old granddaughter. The sandals looked nice however 6 days into my holiday the soles on all 3 pairs have split.

I returned 2 pairs of shoes at my own cost. I have tracked the parcel which was delivered. I emailed the company with the details of delivery and was informed they haven't received them. They are only offering me 20% of the cost but I have refused. I have contacted the delivery company to follow up with this and am awaiting a signature/photo of delivery

They sent two different sizes and refused to fix the issue. Such a shame - the shoes were lovely. I was planning to buy pairs in a couple of colours, but ordered one colour to start with.
I contacted them and asked them to send a new right shoe. They seemed to ignore the details, expected me to pay postage to return, and take any risk of them not arriving, or offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the shoes. So I've essentially given away my money for shoes that I can't wear because one of the shoes is not in my size.
As I love the shoes so much I was even tempted to order a second paid in case I get the right pair but I am concerned there would also be something wrong with them!
So the whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth
If BrilliantShoes contact me to fix this now I would still be pleased to amend my review though.

Rubbish shoes, not as described, defiantly not wide fit, very poor quality. Too expensive to return you have to email to get a return address then they don't advertise return address is China. As compensation they offer you a meanly 10% . DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. Ordered on 12/04/25, almost £40 accepted by 'theshoeboxes', not delivered and can't find them on the Internet. Email disappeared too. Don't waste your money

bought a pair of shoes which, on receipt, were 100% plastic, not even a soft insole even though they claim to be "therapeutic" on some sites. Also claim to be wide fit but not so. Was hard to find anyone to complain to but eventually found customer services but have had no reply. These shoes are sold from various named sites but they are a complete rip off. BEWARE Have now heard from customer services offering10% refund or option to return shoes to CHINA AT MY OWN EXPENSE. No way of replying!

Wrong colour and too small.
Advertises as free returns on main item page but only if you go into the returns and refund pages do you find that you have to pay return cost to China!
When I asked for a refund I found that I would have to send by tracked mail and they said that it can take over a month to get back and may get lost in transit! According to the brilliant shoes website if you don't get your refund back then you have to check with your credit card company and then your bank, this sounds to me like they don't issue a refund very quickly in the hope you might forget about it.
I was offered a 10% discount if I kept them for shoes that are too small and a colour I didn't want.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my wife, the wrong size were sent & they would not replace them. Only offered 15% refund & expected me to pay for the return to China if I wanted a full refund! Also explained that things "go missing when returned to China" so don't expect a refund even if you do spend an extortionate amount to return your item.
Lesson learnt, always check the reviews when purchasing from an unknown company.

Sent the wrong item and then asked me for more money to send the correct one. Shocking service! Avoid buying from them!!

I ordered orthopaedic sneakers from Brilliantshoes.com over a month ago. I have sent them two subsequent txts to enquire when my purchase without getting a reply to either!! I have now come to the conclusion that I’ve been scammed and I hope nobody else falls foul to this company.

I ordered 1 pair of bowtie sliders in burgundy and they arrived right size and within two weeks. Perfect. Have ordered 2 more pairs, they are comfortable and seem good.

Beware they dont pay postage on refunds so you're left with costs to China.
Pretty poor service for the query and badly written.
Shoes wrong size delivered but was only offered 20% refund when it was their fault.

They offer a 20% which in my case was £7.99 after ordering 2 pairs one black and one grey costing me £39.98. Took over 3 months to arrive, they were too large, and both pairs were black.

They are very clever in telling you that you will only get a full refund if you return the shoes, or have the 20% discount and keep the shoes. They give you an exact procedure, stating that this may take a long time to return and to have all your shipping details correct. So when you read this, it puts you off returning it. The shoes are unwearable as they are too large, and I have two black pairs. I will never never use this company again. Their items are shipped from China, so you can expect the unexpected!

Sadly I can't leave zero stars. The shoes are flimsy and don't fit but when I enquired about returning them I was first told they couldn't find my order. Then they gave me a list of reasons why I shouldn't return them (they do not pay for returns even when their product is faulty), including 'your parcel could get lost in the post, which sounds suspiciously like 'We will deny your parcel ever arrived'. I was finally offered a 20% discount which is absolutely useless as I'm now stuck with shoes I can't wear. Avoid at all costs!

This is a disgusting company. They should be banned. I ordered two pairs of shoes. I got two pairs of shoes in the wrong size and the wrong product. They refused to give me back my money and wanted me to ship the items back to China at my own expense. They should be prosecuted

Kicking myself for not looking at this first. I ordered two pairs of sandals, one blue and one bronze. They sent two in bronze and the wrong size!
So disappointed and they re scamming the refund as shown here - they'll give me 20%!
