I've been living at the property for nearly a year now, and Aimee has been fantastic as my property manager, with prompt responses and actions to any maintenance issues I've faced. Couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience with Andy Peters, our property manager. He was very responsive to our needs, for example when our refrigerator and washing machine were having an issue, he immediately sends someone to repair it and eventually replaced the items so that we have a good working appliances. There was one time that our sink was clogged and our main doorknob fell off. He immediately sent someone to repair it with no extra costs for us. He is a very responsive and attentive property manager. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Steph at Bristol Residential Lettings is always a pleasure, easy and straight forward they are a brilliant company, I have found them to be one of if not the leading agencies in Bristol, due to being very trustworthy, prompt, friendly yet very professional and fair, I cannot recommend highly enough

Joe Lomax is my property manager and he always has customer first advice when recommending how to look after and manage the property. The property is always rented, and the tenants are looked after.
Really appreciate the bias for action in looking after the property, so I don't have to! :-)

Our tenant found herself locked in her flat with 2 small children causing much distress. Andy replied promptly to an out of hours emergency request, contacted a competent locksmith who attended and kept in mobile contact with the tenant. He also kept me updated throughout. It was an exemplary response for which Andy deserves much praise. I’ll bug him a pint!

I've been renting a property through Bristol Res Let for just over 3 1/2 years. From start to finish, they've been very responsive, quick to resolve issues and always kept me up to date.
