We have been working with Bristol Resident for over 10 years and as landlords we have found their service second to none. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by our contact Aimee who never has to be chased up anything. Bristol Residential is a prime example of how a letting agency should be run.

As a first time and somewhat unexpected landlord I was looking for an end to end fully managed service, I found the process from letting the property to ongoing management very professional, and am very happy with the service from BRL and from Gemma who now manages the tenancy. BRL have made the whole process much less painful than I anticipated.

Andy Peters is a great asset to BrisLet - he keeps me up to date on all aspects of my property and is very quick to address any questions from both myself and the tenant. His friendly approach, thoroughness and professional manner gives me great peace of mind.

Any issues were that cropped up from time to time were always resolved satisfactorily by Charlie, our Property Manger.

The team at TBRLC are 1st class and our property manager, Amy Garrod, has been outstanding. We have experienced many property managers over the years from other companies, and all were okay - however TBRLC stand head and shoulders above them all. Amy has proved to be brilliant, dealing with any issues in a calm, measured and self-assured way.
