I have rented with The Bristol Residential Letting Co for over two years and more recently moved back with them again and honestly I could not be happier with the service.

Andy Peters has managed our property the whole time and he has been brilliant. Always quick to respond, professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. You really feel like you are in good hands with him.

The whole Bristol Residential Letting Co team are fantastic too, friendly, reliable and super easy to deal with. Renting through them has always been smooth and stress free.

Property Manager Gemma McLaughlin always responds quickly when necessary, and manages any situation that might develop calmly and efficiently, backed up in an equally friendly manner by her colleagues in the Southville branch.

She arranges all repairs efficiently, and even when it seemed next to impossible to find a contractor with the skills to fix our windows, she persevered until she found one.
