Your staff were efficient, forbearing (first time l leased a car and first EV) and pleasant to deal with.

Britannia's Tommy Dakin acted extremely professional throughout the whole process and I can confirm that he demonstrated a high commitment to providing an excellent level of customer service.

Although the car took longer then expected, that wasn't your fault. The original dealings were swift and informative will again be my first port of call in the future.

Getting continuous SPAM emails despite never having had contact with them or opting in to emails. Having an unsubscribe button does NOT work and does not remove their other GDPR responsibilities. Avoid any company that deliberately sends spam emails.

Sales person was very helpful and did research into finding a car within my price range. He kept in regular contact and always called me back within a timely manner.

Further to my previous 1 star review regarding Britannia Car Leasing promoting a vehicle with a bmw supplied EV charger installation, I`m still waiting on the installation some six weeks into the contract. Britannia CL have disappeared from the situation with no customer support believing the matter now lies with bmw and the vehicle provider. No prospect of receiving the charger at this point.

Great comms from the team at Britannia, very happy with car and the service provided will use them again and recommend to a friend.

Charlie was extremely focussed on getting me the exact car and deal to meet my budget. He achieved that and delivered the vehicle as well as providing great aftercare to address a couple of issues with the car post delivery.
