Jack was fantastic

Jack was fantastic. I wasn't really looking at the car I have but he told me about it and what a fantastic price he could lease it for and I was sold .All happened and delivered within a week.what a car .

Thanks Jack and will be looking for a cracking deal on the next one

I previously leased my car through…

I previously leased my car through Britannia, my 3 year lease was coming to an end but Matt & Sarah seamlessly sorted me out with a shiny Kia EV6 with no hiccups... great service. Will use them again when my 2 year lease comes to an end.

Purchasing process stress free

Purchasing process stress free. Supportive and understanding staff.Car delivered as promised and shown the basic operational features. Now getting to understand the many new aids. The car practically drives itself!

OK overall

Overall they did a good job but we had to cancel an order because the car never came so we had to opt for a different car. I would have expected them to chase more and not have me do the chasing.

Amazing service, smooth process & stress free

I recently leased a car through Britannia, and the experience was really smooth and stress free. I had the pleasure of working with Harry who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, knowledgeable and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way.

Great customer experience

Harry was awesome - responsive, easy to deal with and helped me find a fantastic deal. He also helped with chasing up and clarifying where needed and always seemed more than happy to help.

Great service

Great service, people using the telephone instead of hiding behind emails, looked at what I needed and came back very quickly with a great deal - nothing to fault, I will get my next car from these guys - many thanks to Harry also

Pleasant Experience, real people!

The person we dealt with at Britannia Car Leasing (Charlie Chapman) was easy to deal with, easy to contact, responsive, professional and very helpful. We are currently looking at leasing more vehicles from Britannia.

Have used Britannia previously so had no hesitation in using them again for my first electric car. Ben great to deal with and been there many years so gives excellent customer service.
