Plenty of choice with quality plants and friendly assistants

Went today, to buy some trays of veg plants, following on from an email received on Monday saying they were to be in stock from Weds 10th. Asked a member of staff who, after contacting a colleague, said they were due this week, but did not know when. Wasted journey.

Purchased what I wanted at a sensible price

Visited the gardeners retreat at Newton Regis have been before and had a great meal and staff lovely. However went today got there at 16.00 as opening times stated as last orders at 16.30. The lady in the cafe stated it shut at 4☹️last orders 3.30. Very disgruntled as all the signs and website state it’s open until 17.00. We had travelled a distance to get there. Please can the website and signs be changed it’s so frustrating and disappointing. I would like to know when the times changed.

I went for lunch with a friend. It was a great venue and the Carvery was very good.

We love going to the restaurant ,the food is fantastic especially the carvery.
The staff are very friendly and our grandchildren love playing in the soft play area.
Its unlike any other garden centre, its brilliant and we love going there.

Loved it had afternoon tea it was perfect love walking round the garden centre loads of new stuff well pleased

Brockworth Gloucester….Always well stocked with a great choice of plants, pots and all the garden equipment and necessities that you could possible need. Very knowledgeable staff and so friendly and approachable. The cafe is a great asset. Always get my bird food from here as it’s a very good competitive price and a great choice of bird feeders. Particularly love the separate shop for ‘all things’ needed in the garden, solar lights, furniture and unusual things to beautify one’s garden. It’s got everything I could ever want.

Staff in the Louth garden centre were great, but our experience in the restaurant was disappointing. Promotion was for free drinks with food (over £10) just present your Family Card - this didn’t happen! When I politely asked I was told I needed a voucher, and then she just turned away - how rude! Having spent £60 in the restaurant and on plants we felt we deserved 2 pots of tea!!

Albrighton centre is the home of quality plants and products at good prices which are properly looked after by knowledgeable, polite and hard working staff who are always welcoming.

Customer service extremely bad. Supposed to get a free hot drink voucher didn’t work even though I fulfilled the criteria. Told by staff nothing to do with them contact head office Then we went to the main till. No other staff around except one young lad who obviously didn’t want to be there and responses to my questions were by way of a grunt. A coherent pleasant response would have been good. Asking for a smile I think would have been a step too far. Sorry but lost my custom in future.

I went to the garden centre at Chapel St.Leonards to get some plants for my daughter in law.I asked the man who worked there where I would find them he was very helpful and I managed to buy what she wanted.At the desk the man found me a large box to carry them home in.Very impressed with the service.

10% off day and roses looked so good x

Appeared lack of outdoor staff, all plants required watering, and watering correctly not just sprayed over the top, asked the lady she said we need somebody watering all day in this weather, but i haven't time

Such nice helpful and friendly staff. Lovely range of plants.

Till assistant was rude and then made me wait purposely by cleaning the till area knowing I was waiting to pay.
Other customers noticed when she was rude and couldn't believe her attitude! This wasn't the restaurant but the shop.

A big thank you for the free tickets won to Gardeners World Live. Fabulous day and great to meet some of you on Thursday with my mother. She loved the day out. Well done on your stand, really appealing.

Visited Burford, Tenbury Wells. All staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good variety of plants, all in good condition. Large stock of tools and other related items.
