I had around 2500 grafts in the frontal area in Dec 2022.
They boasted about success rate and all. I have t2 diabetes never on medication. Decent sugar level. They said you should not worry you are healthy. Your sugar level is good. After 1 year ive send them the pictures. But what's the point. Nothing can be done and I am not going to let them touch my head again.

After 2 years. I dont think in got even 1500 hairs more. When I went there after 6 months the tried to pin the failure on diabetes.
After 2 years. Really don't see much difference and I am using topical finestride regularly.
But they say it's an improvement. Horrendous result.wasted money time and grafts.

I don't get it when people write reviews why do theh talk about reception , accountant or the building Talk about the result and give an honest rating

Af and his team were very professional, helpful and thorough. After an initial consultation, I didn’t hesitate to pay the deposit and get my Surgery date booked given that the price was extremely reasonable and they had great availability!! Unfortunately, I completed the pre-op questionnaire soon after sending my deposit and it turns out that due to an underlying condition I am actually not a suitable candidate for the treatment - The Clinic manager Af Explained that they take health and safety very seriously and could not possibly risk performing the procedure on me ((albeit an extremely safe procedure with minimal downtime!)) So the lesson learned by Af Was to get the preop questionnaire assessment completed prior to booking Surgery date and taking the £1000 deposit. Luckily, for me, they did not hesitate to refund me the full deposit amount (Given that this isn’t something that was my fault) so they speedily refunded me - which is why I am leaving a positive review to commend the exceptional Customer Services and professionalism of this clinic :)

Exceptional from start to finish. From my first consultation to my follow up PRP injections the entire team make everything so easy. The aftercare is fantastic the support you receive throughout the process and after is second to none. I am six months in now and if I saw no further improvement ( which I still should ) then I would be more than happy with the results. Don’t hesitate to use this clinic they really are fantastic and make everything so easy and straight forward. Anytime I had any questions or queries I was always responded to immediately with reassurance and guidance for what ever stage I was at.

Very good experience especially the after care following the procedure, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly, everything is explained before and during appointments which was very reassuring, after the procedure is complete they book you in for further treatments to help with the hair growth and a 6 month review to makes sure everything is how it should be, the results I’ve had are incredible and I would highly recommend this to anyone who like me was self conscious about their hair.

British Hair Clinic are absolutely fantastic, currently 6 months on from procedure and from start to finish they have been amazing. Detailed, caring, and the results so far are brilliant.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The team are great and professional from the outset. Firstly the consultation was very professional. An assessment is made and the team are realistic, they actually don't exert any pressure and only ask you to continue if you are comfortable with the options offered. If you are an unsuitable candidate (not in my case) they make you aware of this and can provide other options.

After the consulatation they make every effort to get you booked in under your convenience. In my case they were able to book me in for the procedure within a month.

The day is really smooth and planned out. From start to finish you are made aware of all the stages of the process and the day is a full day with constant monitoring from the doctor.

Following the procedure a full aftercare package with instructions is provided and constant contact from the clinic is kept.

I'm currently at 6 months and so happy with the results.

Unbelievable stuff. Had a quote from Turkey and a quote from here and I chose to go with the more expensive option in using British Hair Clinic, it wasn’t that much more but paying the extra was probably the best thing i’ve done, I love it. They have saved my hairline and followed up Atleast 5 times since my surgery date and that was only 6 months ago, fantastic results, would definitely recommend to anyone that is interested. You can’t put a price on getting your confidence back, thank you all.

For anyone unsure whether to have a transplant, they will answer them all and put you at complete ease.
The thing for me was they talked me through the whole process, and when it came to the day of the procedure, it all went EXACTLY as they said it would.
The after care has been second to none! Just because you’re procedure is done with, they don’t just leave you to recover on your own, the care package you get as part of the procedure, along with full support via WhatsApp should you have any questions.

I am astounded with my results and have so much more confidence thanks to having the procedure.

Had my hair transplant in October 2023 and it’s now around 7 months following the procedure and can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for self confidence.

The only painful part was the numbing of the head and other than that, I couldn’t feel a thing.

Like most people who have had hair transplants I was anxious and impatient to see the result, the initial regrowth followed by shedding is never great to see but I stuck with it (whilst watching countless YouTube videos of results)

Really started to see results coming in around month 4/5 and it’s only gotten better since.

Af was great in answering any questions pre and post op and Dr Shuja was fantastic throughout the day.

Best thing I’ve done for myself and would 10000% recommend if you are thinking of doing it.

I’ve had 4 appointments now with the BHC at Shenfield. I’m pleased to say that the staff are always very welcoming and attentive. The procedures I’ve had are always seamless and while they somewhat hurt, the doctors are always patient and caring.

All round great experience. Attentive staff and excellent results. Have already referred 2 people and will continue to do so!

I have had 2 hair transplants at the British Hair Clinic in Shenfield, first for the front and a second for the crown, and I am very happy with the results. The staff at the clinic are friendly, approachable and contactable and the procedure is an affordable price.
They have made me more confident in my day to day life and I wish I’d done it sooner.

I had a hair transplant late last September (2023).
From the moment I met with Af, Clinic Director, 8 weeks earlier, I felt at ease and absolutely no pressure.
Af and the team explained things in great detail and gave me a lot of advice of other techniques to help combat hair loss too.
I’m 6 months into my hair transplant journey and the results are already really showing. I’m excited for the next 6 months as my hair thickens and continues to grow.

Dr Shuja and his team who carried out the hair transplant are so warm and friendly and make you feel so relaxed throughout the whole experience. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about and the whole team give great advice and also look after you well during post procedure care and constantly answer all questions.

I’ve also now had 3 PRP sessions which is really help thicken my hair and Dr Akram & Dr Shuja make it a breeze. It’s really working so quickly.

The decision I made to have my hair transplant at the British Hair Clinic is something I will never regret. The whole process from the first consultation thru to the after care was very professional. Everything about the procedure was explained thoroughly, as were costs.

BHC were very reassuring and organised during the whole process. The day of the transplant itself there was lunch put on, and you basically just sit watching a show/film while the procedure is completed which is settling. Very good service.
