See attached photos. Bedbugs!!!!! The room was infested. My family worse of all newborn suffered bites to the point of need medical treatment. My family lost 7 days of clothes. The hotel acknowledged the issue but only offered to switch rooms with a partial refund. The corporate office apologized and directed me to file a claim with their insurance company Broadspire. Broadspire is a joke and only exist as a answering machine and email address which does not reply. It’s been a week since this started and I haven’t received one call or email. Whenever I call I get apology and a promise of a call back in hours. The call never comes. This is the worse experience ever. Stay somewhere else. Looking a good attorney to resolve this on my behalf.

he wanted to make me believe that a massive central fire place was taken away from my house by me and my contractors. The fire place being in the heart of investigation when a tenant from Airbnb burnt down my house . I COULD not believe how anyone can be that dishonest to go that far with such farcical claim, even though I’m in France . When I sent him the recorded call and his stupid claim , just trying to sideline my claim he then apologised and said he made a mistake ... WHAT????? A massive one meter diameter fireplace in the middle of a living room of a 100m2 gone missing ? How dishonest .. shockingly his profile on LinkedIn show case a guy in his 50s working for Crawford for no longer than 15 months with no previous work experience ... yes a past benefit seeker , with no experience and a sugar coated mouthful of job title .. yes record your calls to protect yourself
I have a claim of 270 k and no way that I would allow any dishonest person to mess me around

Broadspire handle insurance claims for Companies like Zego and Uber. I have had 3 claims with them. They aee famous for never responding to your emails and for never returning your calls. They will use every tactic in the book to delay your claim, and value your payout as less as possible. They will deliberately send emails to wrong email addresses of councils, third party insurers & police knowing they will most likely not be picked up. Such as rather than sending emails to specific people of the company, they'll send it to the generic email addresses begining with info@.....com addresses, which often get overlooked by companies because of 1000s of spam they recieve. This eay if there ever was a conplaint against them, they can say they tried their best to contact such and such Co and that the delay was in their responses to them.

So if your insurance co really wants to be fair in their claims handling they would not hire a bad reputed company such as Broadspire.

Dreadful. Communications a total nightmare. Multiple layers and hellish bureaucracy. Just texted me asking for feedback on a job that was done 4 months ago. I am not sure any humans work there.

It's a shame one can't give a Zero rating. This company has been the bane of my life since my accident over 3 months ago. I am not their client, I was the wronged party in a road traffic accident. Their engineers deemed my car a total loss and up now I am still waiting for my settlement funds 3 months on. The customer service is very very indifferent, aloof and bordering on rude. Please avoid.
