I've been using Brunel for quite some years now for Car , Personal , Property Insurance . They are a good company , the people I've dealt with have always been very helpful and efficient . We have an excellent impression of Brunel as an organisation. Staff members are always responsive, helpful and efficient in dealing with our insurance requirements which makes us stick with Brunel for a long time now.
Ruben, Rachael, Chloe, and Katherine have been very helpful in the past, and recently Wynne too. Rachael has always been of assistance to us since 2021, clarifying various queries, updating us on each step and finding the most appropriate products for us.

Rachael De'Ath was extremely helplful throughout the renewal process. She communicated effectively and efficiently by email and on the phone, and when I had some questions she showed good knowledge and answered my concerns. It was also easy to get hold of her when I rang.

Philip and team are excellent

Excellent service from Philip to help me with obtaining insurance on a renovation in a complicated situation and at short notice. He took time and had the patience to explain all the options and various definitions to me, and was able to find me the cover required, in time and at a fair price.

Excellent professional swift service +
Communication with R, she was not only professional and swift but she listened to additional detailed and somewhat complicated relevant information which she was able to professionally, do the best with, on the spot and with additional investigation, coming back swiftly with all the required information. R has since followed up professionally and was able to solution unexpected, with immediate effect, changes successfully professionally. I have had telephonic communications with several other staff members at Brunel Insurance for People Brokers whom were All swift, professional, going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service satisfaction. We are definitely adding any other insurance requirements we have to Brunel Insurance with this group of professional staff.

The adviser (Rebecca ERVIN) was brilliant - Very knowledgeable & extremely helpful & efficient - my daughter has a medical condition & she is travelling with college & is under 18 & my daughter needed special insurance for under 18s - we will be definitely using Brunel Insurance for People in the future if we need to book travel insurance abroad again - thank you
