Always a good service. I've been with Brunel for quite a few years & am happy to stick with them. Rachael has been the person I've dealt with from the start & is always efficient & helpful.

I am in a clinical trial and have several medical conditions and the usual companies who cover severe conditions refused me because of the trial. I was at my wits end, as one company had told me I was virtually uninsurable!
I was given Brunel’s details from BIBA. I spoke with Philip who was excellent, reassured me that the clinical trial wasn’t a problem and went through all my conditions and acted as intermediary between me and the underwriter. The result was a years cover for less than I have paid the last two years! So grateful and relieved!

They are fast, efficient, and sourced multiple good value quotes. Highly recommended and great to deal with

I have insured my cars with Brunel for a fair few years now. I’ve always found them an excellent company to deal with. On 02/11/2023 I emailed Rachael to to query my insurance policy, a short while after, received a phone call from Rachael who promptly dealt with it the same day. I wish all companies and staff were as helpful. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Rachael called me to follow up on an emailed quotation and by co-incidence the call came in just as I was looking at it so I had a few questions prepared. Rachael was able to provide immediate answers to my questions and also make some additional helpful suggestions. I opted for the standard Europe Cover quotation and based on the advice from Rachael will upgrade the policy as required when we travel to the Maldives or book a cruise.

Katherine made a difficult situation very simple, other insurers would not offer Travel Insurance due to medical condition, with Katherine's expert advice I was able to obtain insurance very easily. I was so impressed that since then I have transferred our car insurance over to Brunel and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to contact Katherine

What a fantastic service. Renewing my cover was so easy and Rachael anticipated my questions before I had asked them. Having “real” people at the end of the phone fills me with confidence and I can forget about my policy until next year, knowing that the team will always be there if I need them.

I spent ages - literally weeks - ringing companies for travel insurance for work in the Channel Islands. BIBA recommended Brunel as a specialist who could help. They tailor made my policy for me and checked with the underwriter.
Be careful if you do not go with a broker. You could be incorrectly told your policy is valid when it is not. Do not trust customer services representatives on the phone. They often falsely assume you are covered. They told me by phone I was covered - twice -only for the underwriter to refuse. I was twice sold invalid insurance policies by phone!!!
Do not make this assumption either yourself with online quotes.
I strongly advise anybody to use Brunel as a broker to guarantee your policy is valid and does indeed accurately cover you for travel insurance situations!!!!!
Brunel ask you questions which you declare and then check meticulously. They were the only company who helped me when dozens of others failed.
I highly recommend them for travel insurance. They were tremendous!

Rachael, as always, provided an efficient and polite service not available from online services. It's good to still be able to talk to a human (you're not AI are you?!)

We were looking for contents insurance that went beyond the ability of high street providers, so we went to Alice at Brunel. She helped find and secure the right provider and quote, plus was an effective go-between. I'd recommend Alice for her help and patience.

I was given clear and helpful advice for travel insurance, any queries I had subsequently sent to them by email were answered quickly and fully and the quote they gave was the best by far after I’d wasted so much time trawling through various travel insurance websites.

Brunel have always provided an excellent and efficient service - not only with our cover but when we have had to claim as well which is when you really need them to be there!

What a stressful time made easy by Alice really lovely and knowledgeable needed a specialist insurance for my 79 year old mum and Alice sourced us a great deal covering all her needs great customer service and responds promptly to any queries we have had. Highly recommend

Rachael really went above and beyond when looking for our insurance policy. The comparison websites couldn't even start to deal with the length of our trips, the fact we were coming back to the UK at different times and visiting more than one place in addition to medical issues etc, Rachael dealt with these complex variables and came back with an amazing quote. I would never hesitate to recommend her and will be using her for just about every insurance policy I have from now onward.
