Unbelievably poor customer service - none, in other words!
Poor quality parts and meaningless guarantee
Two parts on the e-bike I purchased broke within a few months. The guarantee from bspoke states that parts are covered for one year. However, when I tried to make a claim, the responses from customer service just made an excuse that the delivery of parts was indefinitely delayed due to covid and then, when asked how they would honour the guarantee, said they would not reimburse the cost of a part for £30 that I could easily buy myself.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Brought an ebike in February then the pedals broke off after a few weeks. Contacted them as it has said to on the box. And they promised to send me a pair of replacement pedals. Here I am a few months later still without them. This is despite numerous emails and calls. All I kept getting was the same uselessly apologetic response. Have now returned the bike for a full refund to the main seller. Who were more helpful in 5 minutes on the phone than this joke of a company have been in months!

Poor service agent, very bad attitude and arrogant on phone. She even called me fraud when I have already provided proof of purchase to them via email. Not sure they listen. Worse experience ever . Contacted elsewhere few minutes after and my situation has been resolved. I will advise anyone to stay away unless needed. An happy to dicuss my comments as I have nothing to hide . I would have given negative score if there was a choice.

had an ebike from toymonster arrived damaged gave them a ring and there attitude was terrible, anyway after 2 to 3 weeks of back and forth finally was told refund would be back in my account within 10 working days, well guess what had to ring them again on the tenth day to push them. got refund in end overall nearly a month of fighting with them, stay well away from them worse than donald trump and boris johnson put together.

Stay well clear. Sold a ârefurbished unitâ for my mapa. 12 hrs faulty. Sent it back and had it repaired. Came back. Installed and next morning again not working. Then tells me no refund only a repair. Which they have not been able to accomplish first time round. BAD BAD BAD business

The delivery was not good communication has been unhelpful ive taken the bike for a free check to Halfords and there were serious faults found and after 60 pounds of repairs i contacted toy monster and was told thay do not check the bikes before sending them out.i will now be contacting which and others hoping something gets done before thay kill sombody bottom bracket had no grease in it brakes didnt work and a flat tyre.And thay wont refund what its cost.

Do not give them money. EBike arrived missing battery/pedals . Eventually received a battery which was fault didnât charge. Think I am going to have to get trading standard involved to receive a refund. Very sad

Got receipt of an ebike that I orderedâŠ
Got receipt of an ebike that I ordered from Toymonster it arrived in a reused box which had already been sent out to someone who Iâm assuming returned it, there addresses is still on the box. The box was in a very poor state with parts of the bike protruding from the end and sides of it, when pointed out to the carrier the reply was that was its condition when they picked it up.
On opening the box there was very little packaging inside and the Handlebars and front wheel were rubbing against the frame taking chunks out of the paint.
When I removed the bike from the box the battery fell out of the frame.
I then went to assemble the front wheel and noticed one of the brake blocks was missing.
I tried to call customer services number on invoice to revive a message I must have dialed the wrong number, then tried to email address which was on the invoice just bounced back couldnât find server.
Not holding out much hope..

Terrible! I orderd a present and itâs arrived in a massive box so the damage didnât happen in transit. The box is completely battered and itâs clearly been opened so I must have received someoneâs return. Not happy as there is no way I can give this as a gift it looks like itâs second hand (which it probably is)
