Purchased mspa hot tub on 2 August 2020 ,2 weeks later went wrong , would not switch on ,so phoned customer service not helpful would like refund was told box up send back at own cost £41 so did this ,never see hot or refund of £399 phoned every day to ask what's happening no one would say only check your bank account ,one women said IL call you back no call so phoned again to find out ,so I'm going to take to court if thay don't refund as IV no answers and no refund of £399 my money as been stolen more or less !! ,I did phone different number but was the talking clock on there Webb site not great night mare company avoid( scammers ) do not order from these ,you will not see your money again !!!!!

Bought a part for a spa, it never arrived, the email containing the order information has a customer support email that doesnt work and a number that also dont work. Calling the number on the website the gave "Toymaster" support helpline; the operator said they could see my order but that it was coming from a different warehouse, and pending, as if this made sense. It never arrived, even tho it was supposed to be next day delivery.
There are seemingly many companies operating out of the same address, and they all are reviewed much like this on. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they will take your money and youll never see it again.

I ordered a bike from them and still they cant seem to know when they would get it to me. Asked for a refund and sent mail to that effect. They still are yet to respond to me or my mail. How can i find their store so i can go there physically or something? Someonw help!!

Got an electric bike off them,did not work and no lead to recharge the battery.
Kept complaining but they did not want to know . In the end I had to spend a hour fixing the problem my self when I new they wasn't going to help me.and still waiting for my lead to come 4 months later .total waist of time.

I bought a folding eBike but the frame snapped in half because of a manufacturing defect. Other reviews reported their bike snapping in half too. I have several bikes including a Brompton and work in the cycle industry, yet eBikes.co.uk has the gall to tell me it was user error - apparently I didn't know how to secure the locking mechanism! They said they had no replacement frames but they offered a refurbished eBike for £300 as a "gesture of goodwill", truly laughable customer service. When I wheeled in the bicycle to their store the mechanic agreed with my assessment, brought out a refurbished frame, and said he'd replace the frame. The customer service manager said they would cover the shipping costs to return it to me. Lo and behold a few days after I get home I get an email saying they can only offer the replacement refurbished eBike for £300. Their customer service team is a sales team in disguise. Avoid this store and their defective cheap eBikes made in China at all costs.

I've never dealt with such an unhelpful company. I had problems with the bike from the start and they didn't want to know. I recommend anyone to NEVER buy from this shoddy company.

Bought a heated gilet that will not stay on. Contacted them by phone - the call centre hung up on me before I got connected to anyone !!! Wrote lengthy email explaining the problem - would not submit !!!
Will never use this company again. Be warned.

I ordered a £180 10 foot trampoline, after 2 weeks of not receiving the product which was supposed to come within 3-5 days I called the number attached to the toymonster website over and over again and used the email (which isn't an email address), they told me they were leapfrog and have nothing to do with toymonster several times on the phone. My bank gave me a number from the transaction and I called around 40 times a day for over a week, no one answering. Finally when i got through i was told my order could be cancelled and i would receive a refund, no refund for over a week, so called again and again only to hear it should go into your bank soon. Eventually I asked to speak to a manager who and after stating I would go to trading standards they sorted money into my bank after 2 days. I must of made 100s of calls and spoke to a person around 30 times stating I would receive my refund, it hadnt even been processed until I said I would go to trading standards. Do not order from this company this was my sons bday present!

I feel for everyone who has had dealings with this scam Company. They took my money but stalled to refund after I had cancelled the bike order due to non delivery and no communication. I had to persistently chase them with emails (which were never replied to) and continuous phone calls over a number of weeks. You are continually given excuses and that they will get back to you, which they don't. When I asked who the manager was I was told Nigel Lister but I wasn't allowed his phone number. Also another manger Dave, but I wasn't allowed his surname or phone number. I wasn't allowed the account dept contact details either. In the end I told them they were scammers and thieves for taking my money knowing they couldn't produce the goods so I was going to Trading Standards and seeking legal advice. I received my money 2 hours later. I honestly believe if I hadn't been so argumentative I still wouldn't have my money back.
I agree with the reviewer Susan, in that they know your number so don't answer. I had to use other mobiles to get through to them.

I'm actually really amused at the review from Nigel Lister below. What a coincidence that the he has the same name as the director of Toymonster and QATC and the manager's name I was given. That speaks for itself.
Its an utter disgrace of a company.

I wish I had done my research on this company b4 purchasing a £200 trampoline. Because of Lockdown all were sold out so when I seen on this website I snapped it up quickly for my daughters birthday. over two weeks later after Payment was taken I finally get an email saying it’s out of stock and will issue a refund. They ignore calls messages and emails and Facebook messages. No refund as of yet!! Scammers do not waste your time and money!!

I bought an ebike Royale from them 2 weeks ago and it didn’t work when it arrived. When I enquired about the bike before purchasing they said it was a good little bike. Upon delivery the tyres were flat. The battery flat. Rusty and dusty bodywork. I’ve spoken to someone to Camellia once who asked me what I wanted to do about it “bearing Covid in mind”! She said it was second hand but the advert didn’t describe it as such. The same bike was the same price new on shopping world. Our niece bought one. Now they don’t answer the phone. They don’t answer emails. I believe my phone numbers have been blocked by them. It cost me £449 that I can far from afford. Please, what am I supposed to do? I’m in tears writing this.

We bought a refurbished electric bike from them in April which was faulty
Sent bike back 3 days later and still not received a refund from 6 weeks ago .
Terrible company, they don’t seem interested in paying back the money owed .
Keep getting fobbed off that it’s gone to accounts for payment
Not only they dont refund the money they don’t respond to emails either
Stay well clear of them

Confused by all of these comments claiming this company to be a scam. I placed an order for a trampoline through Toy Monster and received it a few days later. They were the only company with any in stock as due to the COVID-19 pandemic everyone has been buying them all! I bought the trampoline first and then found these reviews after placing the order, they made me really worried and i thought i was going to lose all my money. The trampoline arrived though, brand new and good quality. Based on this experience I would definitely use this company again.

I seriously agree with all the issues raised in the reviews written on here. I only wish I had done my research before ordering from this company as it would have saved me a lot of trouble. It is a scam company selling broken, dodgy goods. Trying to contact them is a whole different story. They are not very helpful or forthcoming in their responses, they ignore your requests for refund. I feel like they deliberately waste your time by being very vague and ambiguous in their responses so as to pass the “return period”. I would never ever order from them again and would strongly advise anyone thinking from ordering from them the very same thing. You would be saving yourself a lot of unnecessary hassle and frustration.

This company is an absolute scam! I have repeatedly contacted regarding an order that was placed and supposed to be sent out the next day, when i have been lucky enough to actually speak to somebody they have asked me to email, which i have done repeatedly , 2 weeks after placing the order we have got nothing! emails have all been ignored, as have messages left on their voicemail.
I have had to contact the credit card company to request a charge back.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Agree with many others, don't buy from this company. Came damaged. Didn't want to know. Said is was refurbished not new. No offer of replacement part. So please go somewhere else for your purchase.

Bought two electric bikes...18 months later the batteries fail, cannot get replacements, we now have two ebikes in superb condition that we can’t use! They don’t want to know...just say, try eBay or amazon.

I just wouldn't bother. Ordered an ebike from ebikes.co.uk and after riding it for the first time, the pedal snapped off and the threading went (it's supposed to be built to ride on arrival). Phoned to get replacement parts and the person was apologetic and said a replacement crank and pedal would be sent. They said I'd have to buy a part myself off Ebay to be able to fit it. Theres the first issue. (Of many)

Second issue was the length of time it took for the parts to arrive. Bike arrived within 2 days, parts took 13. After fitting the part, the chain then didnt fit the spokes on the crank so the chain constantly slipped while riding.

Called them again to get the bike collected and refunded. Phoned at 9am and they said the systems were down and I'd get a call back. I had to phone back at 11.30 and the person supposed to be calling me back was busy but they could help now. I asked for the bike to be collected and a refund to be sent. Initially didnt agree to that and offered a repair. Under normal circumstances this would have been acceptable but they had the opportunity to do this the first time that it broke. I also didnt want to have to continually deal with broken bits of bike everytime I went to ride. Consumer Law states that a company has 1 chance to repair and if unsuccessful, a refund or replacement has to be issued. Their version of a repair was to ask me to repair it myself.

They finally agreed to accept the collection and refund. 15 minutes later I receive a call from a different women telling me that they weren't going to do that now because it's outside the 14 day return period. I then had to argue and fight with them so that they understood that this didnt apply to faulty goods but they kept insisting and to quote "stick by their guns on this one". Again, after explaining that this didnt apply and the customer service agent having conversations with their manager (who I might add wasnt in today according to another agent), their final compromise was to collect it and offer a refund if the bike is in a resaleable condition. I have now recieved a refund after the collection was made which, to give them a tiny bit of credit, came through quickly.

All in all, I just wouldn't bother buying from this company. The bikes are cheap, the service is terrible and you get the impression they're a company struggling to make sales so they have to "stick by their guns" when it comes to returns and refunds (while not abiding by the law might I add). They have several websites that havent had much thought put into them from a design and technical perspective. My advice would be to source quality products, charge that little bit extra and you'll have satisfied customers.

ordered an ebike ,received a battered box ,once opened bike not new ,was aright mess unsafe wires left out ,wrong charger ,i cant belive this company is still running .im contacting tradeing standards
