Jenna and Judd were great to work with, they did exactly what they promised were on time as scheduled made recommendations for personal needs I would definitely use them again

the first salesman made three appointments. Came once with no samples. Made another appointment then said she had NOT made an appointment, and the third time she just didn't show up at all. When I called buddy allen store they said she was on the way then they later called to say she had been fired and that another salesman would come. He did. Emery, who was very nice and made a special trip to get samples and returned on same day which was very nice but he overcharged me on the estimate by almost #$3000. But the installers were very efficient and pleasant although they arrived with the wrong materials and had to reschedule to return to complete the job. Emery had also underestimated the time it would take to install so that I had to ask them to leave before they were finished on the first install day. They said it would be 2-3 days before they could come back, but next morning they called and said they would be back that morning. So they did half the job in just over one day and returned another day to do the second half of the job. That said, the floors are beautiful and I am pleased with results.

From the minute I walked in the store, to when I said goodbye to the installers, it was perfect. The salesman, Emory Kincaid, was very knowledgable of the carpets the store offered. He explained my options well and let me decide without being too pushy as salesman can be. I picked out my carpet and padding and he set up an appointment for measurements. Emory himself came out to do the measuring and to explain the process. Installation happened very soon after the measurements. The installers, Dustin and Doug, were prompt and courteous. They left nothing behind but beautiful carpet. Emory contacted me that day to ask if the install went well and if I loved my carpet. I did! The brand was Lee's, little conversations. I got the best padding and it is well worth it. So soft! Thanks Buddy Allen!

Did a wonderful job carpeting our new theater room, including carpeting the riser. Didn't damage the new paint, and everything was left cleaner than when they started.

the service from Emory Kincaid was so helpful!! I'm one of the most indecisive people and he was patient with me as we went through samples over and over and revisiting and then going over and over them again. He helped me find Tigressa carpet and the Soft Harmony III I got is so soft! It looks perfect with my living room! Makes it so much more comfy in here! It was the perfect change to this room to complete it! Fantastic experience!

I just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new
Coretec kitchen floor, which Buddy Allen installed on November 30, 2015. After narrowing down our choices of tile at the showroom, Justin came out to the house with some samples, where we made our final choice. He took measurements and told us how much it would be. On the day of installation, the installation crew arrived on time. and they had the job done quickly. They left our home clean& neat. The floor looks so nice and is so easy to keep clean. To look at it, you would think it is actually marble. Thanks again for such a great product and installation.

Our experience was great from start to finish. The showroom offered numerous choices and the staff was very helpful finding the right product for our application. The installation crew was top notch. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, personal and they took pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Buddy Allen in 2008 to replace flooring downstairs after severe water damage. We are now replacing the floors upstairs and using the same product. It's an engineered wood, and we've been happy with it.
The associates at Buddy Allen have always been professional, reliable, and easy to work with. After seeing what our daughter and son-in-law went through two months ago with another flooring company in Cool Springs (yes, we did refer them to BA originally) we're all the more appreciative of having had the opportunity to work with Buddy Allen, and would recommend them again.

Really enjoyed working with Judson to determine the best carpet for our needs. Installers did a great job. Sure beats carpet experience we had with Home Depot a few years ago.

We loved our carpet, but holy cow, the service was awful! It took
Us Over a year to get our carpet fixed. Once we finally got ahold of the owner/ manager the experience was better, but we most likely not use them again.

Price was on par with big box stores for my tile work, but I liked the fact that their installers are employees, not sub-contractors for a big box store. They were timely, professional, cleaned up after themselves perfectly, and my bathroom tile looks amazing. I'm very pleased and will use them again for carpet next, and maybe a tile shower later. The floors are perfect. I didn't call them first because I thought a local flooring company would be well more than a big box like Home Depot or Lowe's but not only were they about the same, maybe a few dollars cheaper, but the quality of the work and overall experience made it exceptional.
