Professional Design work

I got approached by these guys back in October and it’s honestly been a pleasure to work with them. My company is all about standing out, proving we’re one of the best in the south west and the detail that these guys put into the adverts is just amazing, every step has been explained to me so clearly they just make it all so easy. Hats off to you.

Listened to the changes that were needed, came back with a great advert for my company.

The worst advertisment company you will ever come across. If your a tradesman do not waste your time with these rip off artists, spent a lot of money getting advertisement that didnt even materialise and got excuse after excuse when we questioned it. Had problems with a scam call pretending to be this company and then when we pulled away from building control communications after not feeling comfortable continuing we was told we had to pay more money when we had already payed over a £1000 with nothing to show. Avoid at all costs

When I experienced issues, these were immediately addressed at director level. I was personally guided to a speedy and compassionate resolution. Outstanding work ethics.

Marcus called me today and explained how the scammers have been operating and getting his customers' details. He also explained where I could verify that this scam affects the wider construction industry. Given this information, I now see that Building Control Communications is also a victim here and that the negative reviews are unwarranted, hence changing mine.

Marcus also addressed my concerns about the placement of our ad in an understanding and professional manner. Overall very happy with the resolution.

Building Control Communications produced an advertisement for Manik Architects, and they did a brilliant job. The production team produced an excellent advertisement. We used various magazines for advisements before, and the advertisement produced by Building Control Communications was the best one of all.

During the process, I communicated with Paul and Marcus they were very helpful. They are a great team. Thank you, guys.

They were very professional and were friendly. They did everything I asked of them and I have the project managers direct line if I need anything. I did however have someone call saying I owe thousands so I called and was advised there is company who is trying to scam people with threat of the bailiffs so called the project manager and he reassured that I didn't owe any money and then directed me to a government website which explained there is a team of scammers targeting companies from registers etc. Safe to say I am very thankful for their help as I almost fell for it. Thanks again for helping and thanks for the opportunity.

From start to finish the process was so simple with excellent communication to keep me informed on progress throughout. Each person I dealt with was polite, and informative (I’ve dealt with advertising before where I needed to be an expert to know what they were talking about). My advert is brilliant, really pleased with the layout. I’m always a bit sceptical about publications as they’re not always as sold to you, but this one is excellent. Well laid out with some excellent information, I’ve already been pointing customers to a link to have a look for themselves. If I had to give a percentage of happiness from start to finish it would definitely be 100%.
