We have purchased Bugaboo Donkey Twin 5…

We have purchased Bugaboo Donkey Twin 5 from this shop in May. The order took about 7 weeks to arrive which we expected and therefore ordered it early, however the store was very communicative and Niamh kept us updated. I really cannot fault the constant communication from this store. The order arrived as described and we had no problems with it. Thank you :)

I recently purchased a baby pram set…

I recently purchased a baby pram set from this company, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The delivery was impressively fast, and the product arrived in immaculate condition. Everything was included, with nothing missing or damaged. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient.

I also want to highlight the excellent communication throughout my purchase. Niamh responded to all my emails promptly and provided all the information I needed, making the experience even more pleasant. I totally recommend this website to anyone in need of quality baby products. My experience was very positive, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Thoughtful and kind, the best all around!

We came in not knowing a thing about prams and the staff pulled out all the stops in showing us their collection and everything about the different brands! We are so grateful for the time they took to answer our questions and help us in choosing our dream pram! The most kind and thoughtful experience as well as the best price! Have gone back for other items for baby too

Shocking company, never buy from here

I would never ever ever advise anyone to buy from Bundle Baby Online. They completely messed me around and still haven’t resolved things. I ordered a pram on 4th January, I followed up a week later to check when it would be delivered, I was told the pram will be dispatched within 14 working days. 15 working days go by, I haven’t heard anything, I follow up again, I don’t receive a response, I follow up again two days later, I get told it will be dispatched that day or the next day, I follow up again the next day to see if it has been dispatched, no response, I follow up again, this is now nearly 4 weeks after I ordered the pram, I hear from the company that they didn’t even have the pram and they can’t fulfil my order, even though the my had reassured me that it would be delivered in my multiple follow ups to them. Even though I couldn’t really afford to pay for two prams, I was so close to my due date so in panic, I reordered the pram directly from silver cross (which was more expensive and I had to pay for next day delivery, by this point, I was so stressed and just wanted to get it sorted) which arrived swiftly. I then get a notification from the shop app that my bundle baby online order will be delivered the next day, absolutely ridiculous that after being told they could not fulfil the order, the order is then sent but they didn’t even have the decency to tell me about it so I didn’t have the chance to cancel my silver cross one. The pram then arrives so I’ve got two in my tiny flat. I ask baby bundle online to organise a collection and refund, they give me a collection window and say they will refund as soon as they receive it so I wait in for it to be picked up, the company never shows up. They arrange another collection, the company again doesn’t show up. By now I am super stressed because I’m about to be induced, I’m down on a huge amount of money because I’ve had to pay for two expensive prams, there is no space in my flat to get ready for the baby as the boxes of the second pram are taking up too much space and I’m having to continuously follow up with this joke of a company. On the third attempt, the collection is finally made (again outside of the timeframe window that baby bundle online has told me but I deliberately stayed in all day as I knew that they’d have told me unreliable information given all the awful experience with them so far). The boxes were picked up on Monday last week, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever from baby bundle online that they received the pram back, then on Friday, I get a notification on my shop app and an automated email to say I’m being refunded but it is the wrong amount and less than what I paid. I’m now having to follow up again. The amount of stress this has caused is awful especially when the company knows the customers might be going through difficult times anyway with pregnancy and birth and they just don’t seem to care. Never ever buy from this terrible company.

In response to the below response: you had told me multiple times the pram was going to be delivered, as stated in my email, my frustration is that you reassured me multiple times that the pram was being dispatched within a certain timeframe. You then told me after 4 weeks that you could not fulfil the order as you were only sent reef prams, I therefore do not understand why I would need to ask for you to cancel the order and refund me as you told me it wasn’t arriving. I told you I had ordered from silver cross directly. I don’t expect you to tell every customer when an order is arriving when there is an automated email but if you have told that customer that their order isn’t arriving, you could have the decency to say “actually it is, you can cancel your second order”. When I received the tracking information, I emailed you saying, ‘I assume this is a mistake as you have told me this cannot be fulfilled’, I also assumed it was for the other items that I had ordered that had had said you did have in stock (blanket and crib sheet). The compensation of £50 for late delivery has been taken away when you finally refunded for the pram and reduced the refund by said £50 (as mentioned only a partial refund as you had still knocked an additional £15 off the refund, claiming it was the full amount until finally last night after I wrote this review) and yes I asked for a £95 compensation as that is the additional cost I had to fork out, not to mention the stress of the back and forth of this when heavily pregnant. Also the pram I ordered had no free car seat that you mention below. The sheer lack of empathy for the situation when I had to email 17 times to finally get this resolved (as well as trying to ring multiple times and even send an instagram message) is beyond me.

In response I feel it’s only right we put our side across.
Firstly, we explained the situation with silver cross and a result we no longer sell the brand. We could not physically give you any further update. Secondly, at no point (even when offered) did you instruct us to cancel and refund the order. Thirdly, I do not see the need to email you to tell you the item has been dispatched when you received an automated tracking email on the Thursday advising you the items had been dispatched and you would have been able to track it from that point. It would literally be impossible to personally email every customer when we dispatch every single order. After you received the tracking you still did not ask us to cancel the order and then upon delivery you accepted the item. After we sent tracking you went ahead and purchased another from silver cross direct still without requesting cancellation of the order from us. We also refunded a further £50 for the delay too. Then you decided you didn’t want the pram from us when the one from silver cross direct arrived, you asked us to refund a further £95, even though the pram purchased from us came with all the accessories and a free car seat and was £100 cheaper. We arranged collection for each and every time you asked unfortunately you’re based in London and I did send you the response from Parcelforce regarding collections in the London area. Yes we totally agree delivery did take too long and on this occasion we paid for the return of the item. Under normal circumstances this is up to the customer if they accept the item and it is then no longer wanted. We refused your request for compensation as you have been refunded in full.
