Great company and a pleasure to deal with.

Really great that they offer the interest free payment option. My travel set pram was £1099 and tot took only two days to arrive after submitting my last payment. Any issues or questions I had were answered and after each payment made I received a summary of all payments towards my purchase. Im very very happy! Definitely recommend if you want the products closer to your due date. They won't let you down!

Can't praise bundle baby enough! They are lovely girls to deal with, got me sorted out with my cybex pram and carseat, and delivered to my house when I was ready!! I will definitely be back when I'm ready for more baby bits! Nice to see shops who are so good at what they do rather than just all online.

Do not use this company paid nearly 1000 for a pram to come faulty and 6 months later still have nothing done about it. Other than be told I have to go without a pram until they send me the correct working parts to my pram bairing in mind it turned up broken I was told to use it and this issue would be resolved waited over 6 weeks for a reply to then 6 months later be in the same situation. Basically paid full price for a faulty pram to be sent to me and nothing to be done about it Surley you order faulty items off a company they sort it out ? Well not this company knew nothing like it apsloute disgrace still on going with little - no reply and we’re nearly in feb 2024

Firstly this could easily be a 5 star review but unfortunately the communication is very poor. I appreciate I ordered around Black Friday and my first correspondence with Niamh was good and only took a day to get back to me and I was told why there was a delay due to order volumes which is 100% acceptable. However, when my order arrived there was an item missing. I have emailed twice and had no response, the phone hasn’t been answered on the multiple times I have called and the 2 messages I have left have not been returned. I understand it’s Christmas but this is unacceptable to wait this long and I feel like this won’t get sorted as I just can’t get a reply. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Update: Niamh was away on holiday so there was a delay in getting back to me. All sorted now and a free bouncer is being sent as an apology.

I recently purchased a stroller bundle and everything went smoothly. I paid off in installments and in the minute my last installment was paid off the whole Bundle was shipped and arrived here with us just after 2 days. Special thanks to Niamh who handled our order from start to finish in very professional and timely manner. I strongly recommend Babybundleonline for all your baby&child essentials needs 👍

Got our pram from here Egg 2 bundle had a slight issue but got resolved customer service is a little slow on replying sometimes but understandable considering how busy they are they go up and beyond for customer satisfaction 10/10

Prices were great, we got contacted by Niamh who was super helpful, made great recommendations and helped make our purchase a breeze.
Also excellent prices which was key.

Could not recommend more! I used the pay off option and was able to pay whatever I could, whenever I wanted which was an absolute lifesaver, with this being my first child and having so much to buy. Customer service was absolutely brilliant, Niamh was always quick to respond with any questions I had. I payed my final instalment on a Friday, I then emailed Niamh asking how long until my travel system would be dispatched, she replied straight away and my order was dispatched within an hour. I was expecting it to take at least a week or more, but my order arrived the following Monday! Excellent! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service

As this is my first baby my bank decided my order was unusual and therefore must be fraudulent and cancelled the transaction. Niamh at bundle baby could not have been more helpful in sorting it out and went out of her way to make sure I didn't accidentally order twice. Always lovely to speak to a real human being, I will be recommending to all.

Excellent service provided by the girls. Great communication and helpfulness in organising the last minute pieces for me. Very thoughtful and sent out some lovely gifts by way of apology for a small delay - not expected from Bundle Baby at all, but very appreciated! Would highly recommend for any baby gifts or essentials.

Was looking for the new Cybex Gi and found Bundle Baby who I had never used before. They were the cheapest by a good margin. Got in contact with them before ordering, quick response. I ordered and the car seat arrived 2 working days later. Would really recommend
