We had a brilliant experience with…
We had a brilliant experience with Burke & Wills. Our flat was mostly packed and loaded the day before our move with the last few bits on the morning. They arranged parking suspension and unloaded everything quickly. Having them break down and make up our furniture in the new place was really helpful. Not a single thing was broken when we were unpacking. The team were friendly and polite throughout.

Very understanding company
We wanted to use this company but because of circumstances beyond our control, and through no fault of the company, we had to go elsewhere. We found the company to be very accommodating and understanding about our needs.

Good experience with the yellow van people
I had a good experience with this removal company. Competitively priced, a team of four packed up our house over a two-day period and seamlessly delivered it to our next property and plumbed in the washing machine, put together the beds, placed everything where I wanted it etc etc all in double quick time. They then collected the empty boxes the following week. Three minor breakages were dealt with without fuss. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Burke and Wills. Greg in the office are friendly and super efficient. James and the crew who did the move were amazing. They were friendly, polite, careful with our house and furniture and always happy to help. They made the house move as easy as possible. I would recommend them to friends and family!

Great service, would happily use again
Brilliant service when we moved last year. The whole team were friendly and efficient and made the moving process so much less stressful. The guys came in and packed up everything with more care than we would have ourselves, and even eg left out some cutlery and crockery for us to use immediately on the move, instead of packing it all away, so we could at least have refreshments the moment we moved.
They were just as good when they came to collect the boxes after we'd moved.
I'd be more than happy to use them again and have recommended them to friends, too.

DO NOT BOOK - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Terrible Experience. I can't stipulate enough how much stress (and money) these guys have caused over the past few weeks. I found their customer service to be cold and lacking empathy, so had a really negative experience with this company, and want others to avoid a similar experience.
Due to no fault of our own, we had to look at postponing our move, and instead of being accommodating, they also seemed quite happy to charge us £600 for the trouble. They justified this on the basis that they hadn't rebooked the dates (despite it being the busiest time for movers ever - March 2021, and the date of the move hadn't even passed yet).
If this review hasn't put you off yet, and you are still going to book with them, then please ensure you have fully exchanged first, or you check their postponement policies as they are really strict (and expensive). Whereas other companies don't charge unless the postponement charges are within 7 days, this company will charge up to 14 days notice, and don't seem to care whether you cancel or book in with them again.
I can't comment on their ability to move your goods; in the end we ended up cancelling because they refused outright to waiver the 30% (£600) postponement charge. They were so unreasonable and unwilling to help us that we decided to go elsewhere.

Outstanding service recently from Greg and his team. Fast, efficient, careful, clean, polite and helpful. Moving is normally pretty stressful, these guys made it a walk in the park.
