Ididnt get helmets from this company people do not order anything here 40 day over 🤣😭

They have good prices but unfortunately their computers systems have a flaw where items can be listed as in stock when they are not. After ordering and paying for a number of items, I was informed something I ordered was not in stock. Because of the high shipping cost, it was not economical for me to purchase the remaining items. While I appreciate the prompt refund, I had incurred a AUD$17.60 International Transaction fee by my bank that I could not get a refund for. If they their stock listing was accurate, I would not have paid $17,60 for nothing. You might want to email them to make sure the items you want is really in stock first.

These guys are great on product and price, but if something goes wrong you are in a real pickle. I purchased a Nolan helmet plus N-Com. Helmet great, but N-Com failed after only 3 days (just went completely dead). Was told I needed to pay A$100 to post back (from Australia) and about the same to repost back tome, this effectively was the cost of a new product locally. Absolutely appalled.

I ordered a helmet to the USA. It did not ship for two weeks, and there was some back and forth on when it would finally ship...

The good news is that when it did ship, it shipped fedex and was here in two days! Great price, and the genuine article.

Overall they delivered, I'd order again especially with the huge discounts over other retailers. The price I paid with shipping was nearly 30% less than anywhere else.

I recently purchased a motorcycle helmet through Burnout. Being based in the US, this particular helmet isn't being offered by any domestic retailers, and so I had to look overseas. Found it on Burnout for the right price, they had the availability, and offered the option of insured delivery which was nice for a pricey item. I am usually quite wary of purchasing big ticket items from overseas sellers, but their communication was quick, clear, and thorough. Shipping was FAST (came to me through FedEx after handoff from their domestic Italian carrier), and item was as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase from Burnout again if needed.
