Bought and shipped to UK, from Italy. Took a while after making the purchase on eBay for the dispatch process to get underway. But once started it arrived promptly, as described, and well packaged.

Commande d'un support de plaque où il n'est pas précisé qu'il faut un boîtier électrique moto pour brancher les fils. De plus, aucune notice d'installation ni de montage des pièces fournies n'est incluse. Il faut également rajouter l'éclairage de plaque qui n'est même pas fourni, ce qui représente un coût supplémentaire. Les autres marques de supports sont plus sérieuses, elles fournissent au moins tout le nécessaire pour le montage. La demande de remboursement a été refusée car ils ne veulent pas reprendre le matériel, alors que je ne l'ai même pas monté ni utilisé.

Colis reçu vide, aucun moyen de me faire rembourser. Le vendeur devait engager les démarches pour faire le nécessaire, mais aucune volonté de venir en aide.
Voilà un don de 130€ finalement!

They answer questions within one day. I waited quite a long time for the goods but I finally got them. But HP course should improve the packaging, wrapping the exhaust in paper is not very suitable.

Seit Wochen warte ich nun auf ein angebliches Lagerteil. Beim Nachfragen habe ich eine Mail erhalten, ich soll nicht mehr nachfragen. Es sei normal, dass es so lange dauert. Die Lieferzeiten beginnen erst mit dem Versand (so ein Schwachsinn). Retouren und Stornos sind ebenfalls nicht möglich. Für mich ist das kein seriöses Geschäft.
