Unacceptable result after being sent flawed item

Terrible customer service . Retuned camera after 24 hours as advised . No communication from the company have had to chase , they have had the camera back a week and then advise me they are testing it and sending back to manufacturer . no refund received or explanation , online chat is useless rude and unhelpful , no response on emails . AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE !!!!

Excellent customer service and support. I called to discuss an item I was interested and got all the help I needed. I then placed an order around 4pm and received the order by 2pm the following day.

Excellent service quality equipment very quick delivery

I ordered the wrong item, order #273549 the team were absolutely brilliant, I put a note in with the return and without having to contact them again, a replacement arrived 2 days later, wish all firms were like this, just took me over a week to get a refund from Amazon in the US!!

First time using this retailer and wow! I placed an order on the Monday afternoon and it was delivered on the Wednesday morning

When I ordered the item that I wished to purchase, I also ended up with two additional items even though I declined both. Although I immediately phone up and was promised a refund for the two items, four days later I am still awaiting to be reimbursed.

Not overly impressed with the product. Delivery was prompt. However the packaging was all crumpled up and the quality was not very good.

They exchanged my order in very quick time.

Easy to order and quick postage. I have not had chance to use the thermal targets yet as have only had them for two days but they look ok.

Excellent communication and next day delivery a bonus, highly recommended.
