Busy Bee - what a breath of fresh air!

I was looking for a career change and had contacted a few agencies. Busy Bee immediately stood out. Sian got back to me the same day, we had a phone call and spoke about what I was looking for and where I wanted to go career wise.

Sian is incredible - from updating me on roles, to onboarding me at my current job, there was nothing that was too much, or too difficult. The support I have felt from Sian and the team has been phenomenal. She is a superstar.

Sian is so good at giving feedback, constructive criticism and overall the exact person you want in your corner in a temp or temp to perm role. She communicates clearly and effectively and always comes back rapidly if she doesn’t have an answer immediately - which is rare!

Overall I couldn’t recommend Sian and the team at Busy Bee enough. The attention to detail, the accounts team being able to work their magic with updating salaries and doing it every week, the text messaging service. All of it contributes to an incredible service that means as a candidate you always feel supported and well looked after.

I’ve found my dream job, something I wouldn’t have even thought of before I met Sian. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the opportunity to explore an industry I previously knew little about.

10/10 experience overall. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would.
