I have worked closely with Ian from CDL Group for a number of months. He has been a huge support in addressing the areas of ISO I needed to address for my company. Without his support, it would have been a lot harder and taken much longer. He has sat with me on video calls explaining things I didn't fully understand or had questions about. Ian showed me much patience and also offered much support via email when I had brief questions. His responses were always thorough and timely. The quality of support our company has received has been exactly what we hoped for.

Ian was very easy to talk to and always available via over phone or email. Also provided constructive detailed feedback of our IMS system
