I am grateful my daughter is provided with such good care at busy bees while I’m working. I know that she feels safe is happy in the baby room.
Poor management, always lack of staff. And same time staff is dumb

My son was in Busy Bees in Carlton park from 7months old until 4years old when he has to leave for reception.
We had a very good experience with Busy Bees Carlton Park. Justina, the manager certainly knows how to run it well and properly; she has been a manager for this branch for over 10years which gave us the reassurance. The staff are all very good in my opinion.. Mel in the babies’ room has been amazing, she simply gives the utmost care. Lisa, Faith, Carrie, Emily, Ely and the rest are just simply great. I really like the way they look after the kids.
Like with everything else, nothing is perfect. My son was bitten a few times but I felt that the staff and management have handled each situation appropriately with honest and sympathetic feedback to us. To be fair, my so has bitten other kids a few times as well.
I love that they encourage the kids to explore well and let them develop their confidence with appropriate guidance; they have lots of learning and play. My son has thrived really well and came out socially confident and an eager learner. He developed really good friendship with the other kids. Facilities are good and more than adequate; we loved the outside playground and wooded area — they spend most-days outdoors if not raining. The food is cooked daily.
Overall, we’re really happy with our Busy Bees experience. It provided a very positive environment on my son’s early formative years.

Excellent nursery - would recommend to anyone
Excellent nursery. Been great with my daughter since day one. I had a lot of concerns about managing her allergies and they have been fantastic. All the staff in the room (special shout out to Eli, Charlie, Amy and Lauren) have been excellent. And Justina the manager has been very helpful at every time. Would recommend to anyone.
