Very flexible and helpful team. They fully cooperate with the parents in the best interests of the child.

We are happy with the nursery. Lovely staff and environment. My children are always excited to go in.

Husband and I viewed this centre a while back in view of sending our child here and whilst we found the setting itself nice enough, we were shocked at the fact it seems to be ran entirely by youngsters, including office staff!

As we personally would prefer our child to be cared for by experienced adults with first hand personal experience of parenting, we decided to go with a different nursery in the end.

I went for an interview here & I can say im glad my children never attended this place. They were short staffed so they paused my interview & sent me to watch children.. I could of been anyone, no DBS check nothing.. I had the children sitting on me, playing with me & was on my own with a group of them (in the playground with other staff, but not watched and out of earshot- so I could of been saying anything!), if this is not concerning for a parent putting their child in here, then I finished my interview in the baby room, as again they were short staffed, but lets face it, just because another member of staff is in the baby room as required, doesnt mean they are actually there looking after them- in this case they're conducting an interview. I found it quite distressing that baby's in high chairs where left crying into their lunch with no comfort and said a few times ahh someones upset as it made me a bit sad. Parents pay to put their children in here to be cared for, not to be left to cry it out over lunch.
It all left me feeling a bit odd.

nursery shut down

Our daughter started nursery almost a year ago at 10 months, and we've had the best experience with Busy Bees (Wapping branch) so far. Our daughter loves her key person and made a few friends in the baby room. We are getting plenty of information about her day, as well as guidance whenever I need a piece of advice. Very happy with our choice of the nursery and can't recommend it enough!

Staff and facilities are wonderful. Very professional, caring and committed to providing an excellent service.

We have a really positive experience with this nursery. Our child absolutely loves going there and is always excited to attend. The staff are super friendly, caring, and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. There are always lots of fun and engaging activities to keep the children entertained and learning throughout the day.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since January 2024, and as a Sri Lankan family, we truly appreciate their strong values in inclusion, diversity, and respect towards parents.
When she first joined, she was not a very confident speaker, but the teachers supported and encouraged her so much. Over time, she has grown in confidence, started communicating better, and made lovely friends.
The staff are very caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. We are very happy with the nurturing environment they provide and would highly recommend Busy Bees to other families.

Always friendly, ready to listen and our little one speaks positively about all the staff members who she has interacted with. We have daily updates to give us a feel of what the day is like in the premises for our loved one. Excellent staff!

Busy Bees is an amazing nursery the staff are so helpful, caring and thoughtful they made a huge impact on our little fosterling and he loved it. He made memories to last a lifetime and we are forever grateful for all their help.

I was very nervous being a first time mum and having to bring my daughter into nursery a lot earlier than expected but I love the app and how the staff update me throughout the day this made my anxiety’s better and I felt very reassured
