They dealt with my house sale in an extremely professional manner and the team that I worked with (Amanda, Tony, Charlie) were exceptional and communicated everything to me throughout the whole process and made the entire process feel very simple and easy and not stressful at all. I have just completed on a Property purchased from the team at Butler and Stag, from the very offset meeting Chris the office manager at the Property for the viewing. I have found the team to be extremely professional with regular calls from Amanda during the process keeping things on track. Calls and emails are always answered in a timely manner.
As a result of the service I received from the Sales Team headed up by Tony again very prompt at dealing with queries, I decided to ask Wayne from the rental team to source a tenant which again they have done. Again very professional keeping me in the loop at all times which resulted in sourcing an excellent tenant who moved in a day after completion.
Highly recommend this team great work guys keep up the good work.

Bradley was so supportive the whole way through. Genuinely felt like he personally invested his time to help me with anything and everything from start to finish.

Butler and Stag have been very helpful and responsive during the property buying process. They are good at communicating with buyer and seller and there was always someone available to talk with regarding the property. They are very quick to respond to any queries which is appreciated during what can be a stressful time.

The whole team work incredibly hard, were friendly, highly professional and efficient throughout, communicated clearly and treated me with the utmost respect and understanding at all times. Milo and Bradley at B&S were patient, helpful and communicated well from start to finish when selling my elderly mum’s house in Chingford. They oversaw viewings and guided her through the whole process.

I recently worked with Butler and Stag when buying a new flat. I can’t recommend them enough! Great communication and helped me navigate a number of challenges during the process. Butler and Stag were the estate agents for the seller of the flat I purchased. They were excellent throughout: professional, fantastic communication and diligent. A particular mention goes to Amanda who was incredibly helpful when it came to sorting out issues that were holding things up due to the freeholder. She went the extra mile and is the reason the sale went through without too much delay.
