Hi ,I am having a terrible experience. I’ve been trying to call 3 days just getting cut off,I was scheduled a return to collect a Makita miter on Monday 6th July 2026 between 2-3 never came then Tuesday no one came now they stop messing completely.i would like this problem resolved ASAP thanks

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I had no issues with my order. It was well packaged and arrived on time as promised, the two packages somehow got split up but that was a courier issue and NOT buyaparcel. I would certainly have no issues in using them again, they offered the best deal for this water softener.

Hello, I’ve given just one star sadly. This is a true rating for my experience unfortunately.
The strimmer that I purchased had a missing part, a head and line. I phoned the office on the day of delivery and reported it to the driver at the time of delivery. They gave all of the usual promises to send out the items but as all too often nothing. One star for only part of what I paid for.

I normally get things from ebay or amazon but this time I tried their website and found what I wanted very easily. It also worked out cheaper getting it direct so a win win. Needless to say I always go direct now!
