Great customer service. I got 3 stainless steel galvanised sheets with off cuts required. All good, product is really good quality. The only thing that I didnât like it was the delivery, I chose to pay 15 pounds for tracking service but they didnât give a estimated time, so please make clear that the tracking service does not give the ETA.

£15 p&p is excessive for a 40" x 40" sheet of 0.8mm mild steel sheet, if ordering below the minimum cost for free postage.
Being emailed about 5x times for a purchase review, gives me the impression that Buy Metal Online is more interested in their star rating than customer service.
