This was such a seamless experience. We had listed our house on Facebook marketplace place but that did not attract the correct market. After listing through buy my place the house had multiple offers placed within the first 5 days and was under offer with an offer $16,000.00 over the asking price. The biggest bonus is that the buy my place fee was a hell of a lot cheaper than real estate fees and their communication was amazing. They let you know as soon as you receive an enquiry so you can follow it up straight away. Very happy

Make sure you are confident to take good quality photos or have someone do them for you (wide angle lens would have been good) as this can make all the difference.

Excellent service with great support every time I needed more info or help . of course I saved a small fortune as fee I paid to Buymyplace to advertise my property on the portals was a fraction of what is paid in commission to a so called conventional agent who just advertise on same portals. I am truly amazed as to why the majority of sellers still use the conventional agent in OZ . maybe they think that the agents are legal experts as they provide the contact in the form of the offer and acceptance document :) . But that is really just a tick box ritual which anyone who can read and write can do . A property sells itself and especially in the red hot aussie property market .
