I listed my home in Perth where the market is extremely hot, I discussed the possibility of spending a few thousand on a listing upgrade however was guided through the fact it wasn't necessary given limited homes for sale in my area. Sold my house at the first open, saved money on commission and unnecessary advertising costs.

I tried other sites but kept having issues with uploading information, this was the 3rd company I tried and never had any problems, when I needed help, they were there instantly.
Can't fault customer service.
My only disappointment is that once listed, my property wasn't high on the portals and was on page 2 to start with. Being a new listing I would have thought page 1 .

I found BuyMyPlace a very simple way to advertise and sell my house without any hassles. I am in control of the content that is being put up, I can change it whenever I want without incurring fees or waiting for an agent to do it.

The site is easy to use and straight forward. The customer service is fantastic, when I called with queries, it was resolved immediately.
The copy and other promotional material I request was written better than from agents I used in the past and promptly put together.

If I want to change to have an agent involved later, I can without the issues you have to go through to change agents and worries about duplicating fees and commissions, exclusive period limitations.

There is no easy way to view anything online. The set up is much worse than when I was with eezirent. There was no communication on how tenants can apply - I had to email to find out.
There is no where to view the references? Unable to view any of the photo ID supplied either. Very poor.
