Easy to make self amendments 24/7.
Easy alert when enquires come in.
Their site accepts both portrait and landscape photographs.
Highly recommend this agent but do remember you will be managing the onslaught on enquires, so if you’re not a ‘people ‘ person then appoint someone to manage this aspect.

Hi I sold my house myself with buy my place and the whole process was quick, easy and simple. The purchaser of my house also benefited from this process as I passed the majority savings onto the buyer so they had reduced purchase costs and a little more equity giving them a better start onto the housing ladder.

The platform is easy to navigate and gives good exposure. More importantly I have tried 2 other 'sell without an agent' platforms and buymyplace provided me with many more buyer leads than the other 2 combined

Easy process I will use this service again

Being able to present our property honestly, without arguing with an agent about what 'is best' definitely reduced the stress. We decided the features that we wanted to showcase. We could answer enquiries as soon as they came in, and prospective buyers were able to ask any question and were happy with our straightforward answers. Unfortunately for us an agent intervened and asked for an 'introduction fee' from us for a prospective buyer who was not confident to negotiate on their own. This was our only disappointment with the whole process.
