I'm so glad that I chose BWM - I have beautiful quality windows and doors.

Kevin visited to sign me up and was genuine and described the products well.

I had 4 quotes in total and I picked BWM as they were competitive and responded to queries quickly and efficiently.

They kept me up to date from the time I put in the order to the time they fitted the windows.

The team only took 3 days to install 9 windows, a door and two sliding patio doors. They were absolute perfectionists. They also

- took down the old blinds and refitted them
- flxed my front door - which had been sticking
- were really clean and cleaned up everyday

They are a great team. It was a pleasure having them in my home.

Great price, fantastic product and quality workmanship. Moreover, while most companies are not interested in taking small work, BWM weren’t fussy about the size of the work and happily completed the job on specified time frame. What more could anyone could ask for?

Excellent product and fitting was perfect

I cannot fault this Company. Every member of staff including, sales, fitters and after sales were exceptional. Polite, they cleaned up very well after themselves and nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t have many issues but, what we did have was dealt with quickly and was resolved with ease. They were always at the end of the telephone and I would highly recommend anyone to them. Our windows and doors were of very high standard, fitted over two days and to our exact specification. When they left you would never had known they had been! Exceptional service!!!!

We recently had a number of windows and a door fitted by BWM. They were a pleasure to deal with from the initial visit to quote for the job all the way through to fitting. Our windows and door look great, have been really well fitted and all done quickly and at a great price. We couldn’t have asked for more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again. Great local company.

First class service from quote to completion. We were particularly challenging for BWM as we were having other rennovations done at the same time that changed our needs several times, All the way through their professionalism and advice was spot on. From the office staff to the fitters. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My whole experience with BWM has been wholly positive. They were brilliant from start to finish. I had a bi-folding door installed between my kitchen and conservatory. Everything went very smoothly, from quote and survey to installation. I was informed of the progress of my order at all points in the process, and the level of communication from the very polite and efficient staff in the admin office was superb. The door was installed to a very high standard by fitters who conducted themselves professionally. I am delighted with the product and would highly recommend the company.

Very pleased with our new windows, a mix of double glazed and acoustic glass (which works really well at keeping out the road noise). The office were helpful in discussing options. The measurements and installation were done efficiently and these were the cleanest tradespeople we've encountered so far.

We ordered a new front door and are super pleased with the end result. Customer service was excellent and the installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend BWM for the all round service, great product and after care.

Excellent service, wonderful communication, accommodating to last minute changes ... 100% recommendation. The windows are perfect. the fitters very clean - would never know they had undertaken work in your home, very efficient and informative. Pricing excellent.
100% service from start to finish

We had BWM to fit some aluminium sliding doors for us last Autumn and were delighted with both the product and the service we received from Chris, the fitters, Kevin and Louise. We've this week had all of our windows replaced and have ordered our new front door with them. Would highly recommend BWM for anyone looking for new windows or doors in South Wales.

We like to support local businesses and had used BWM in the last few years to replace our windows, doors and fascia and have always received impeccable service so we had BWM return to put a new door and windows on our back porch.
We have always been pleased with BWM's first class service from start to finish. Totally reliable even in this difficult lockdown situation. The workmanship is first class. The fitters are so polite and efficient and they disposed of our old door and windows, cleaned all the working areas etc. You wouldn't know they had been at all apart from the beautiful door and windows are evidence!
I would never hesitate in recommending BWM if you want the best you can get.

I chose BWM after reading these reviews, having begun to have doubts about another company I had approached to take on the full glazing of a large renovation and extension (17 windows plus front door and glazed doors - including some very particular window dimensions to create the visuals in my design scheme). I’m so glad I did. BWM have been outstanding in every respect - always delivering on promises, brilliant and rapid communication and lovely quality windows all carefully installed. BWM felt like real partners on this very large project. I would particularly like to thank Louise who has been amazing. Totally recommended and big thanks to you all!

We had a new large conservatory roof from BWM in the autumn of 2020. We visited the factory and Victoria showed us around. It was clean and impressive. After taking quotes from other providers we chose BWM as being the best. The whole operation from beginning to end was very well done by the excellent team. Kevin was great at the sales - front end while Chris was first class in leading the team of fitters. I can highly recommend BWM.

Fitters we’re punctual and polite and did a good job of cleaning up after them although there was a cup of coffee accidentally knocked over onto our carpet. The windows are excellent in every respect and we obviously made the correct choice. Would not hesitate to recommend BWM to others.

Really excellent service from start to finish. The sales process (with Kevin) was informative and honest without being pushy, and they were open to negotiating a good deal for both parties. And when the work was undertaken the boys were thoroughly professional and efficient and did an excellent job; they clearly take great pride in their work - Chris in particular. We are very happy with the end result. And Louise in the office has been great throughout coordinating things - very responsive and helpful.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend.
