Very high standard of Installation. I have no hesitation in recommending BWM.

Background - our house is very old, stone built and a challenge for any workmen. The BWM (Treforest) salesman did not make any attempts to persuade us to buy any products unlike most double glazing personnel. He visited, listened to what we wanted, gave helpful feedback & suggestions, and promptly sent an email with an estimate and links to their work. He has been professional and available to contact during the work. The senior fitter then made a site visit to assess the work. The fitters arrived on the stated day, worked all day and completed an excellent job. The fitters made very little mess and indeed vacuumed up!! The work enhances the property and we are glad we entrusted a local firm, BWM of Treforest, to carry out this work. We have asked them to carry out a further job which entails removing large triple glazed windows and refitting them into aluminium frames. We would highly recommend BWM for their professional & honest approach supplying a good product with no hard sales pitch and for being available for any follow up works.

Just had a new leka system conservatory roof and a new Solidoor fitted by B.W M. Excellent job, we are over the moon.We would highly recommend this company.From sales to fitters very professional, curtios and clean and tidy.

I was really impressed with the whole service from how knowledgeable the staff were, their friendly customer oriented service and the quality of the product.

Great service from start to finish. No pressure to buy from the salesman, but received a great quote to replace all my windows and front door. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. There was very little disruption and the house was left clean and tidy.

bwm have been a fantastic company to use. after having three quotes for shutters I decides to use bwm. Their price wasn't the cheapest quote of the 3 quotes but the level of knowledge was impressive and customer reviews gave me peace of mind and reassurance that they would be the best choice. I highly recommend this company the entire process has been great and my window shutters look superb.

From start to finish the experience was excellent Kevin took time to go through everything thoroughly,pointing out different options and giving us a great deal,then when the installers turned up they were very clean tidy and proffesional nothing was to much trouble for them.I would reccomend BWM to anyone and certainly use them again.

BWM has been such a great company to deal with while I’ve been renovating my home. They replaced my old windows with new grey sash windows, a new front door, bifolding doors on the back of my house and shutters to complete my new windows. Their service has been seamless from start to finish and they communicated with me regularly. Very professional company who I will recommend.

Very impressed with this company. Every person I spoke with in the course of replacing our front door and five windows, from the office staff to the fitters, was more than happy to help and accommodate any request I had. The team of fitters turned up on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day and made sure I was happy with everything before they left (after tidying up after themselves). Their work has transformed the front of our home and we’re very pleased.
