Great transaction

Great transaction. After placing my order, they rang me to confirm the order and let me know when to expect it. Arrived on time and in good nick. Great experience, would certainly shop here again.

Not the pedal I thought it would be.

Unfortunately the pedal doesn't suit my needs... from what I read, I thought it would satisfy my requirements but it doesn't. Maybe that's due to my misunderstanding its function.
I was hoping to get a pedal the would enable me to change the pitch of the chord I was playing either up or down, and thereby alleviate the need to change guitars- acoustic/electric guitars- at gigs. I also assumed that I would need to use capos less than I currently do.
The 'pitch shift' setting was what I thought would do that for me, according to what I read. The result was instead a discordant noise. Disappointed.
