Following a response from Cable4all to my initial complaint the issue I raised has now been resolved. My opinion of the actual product I purchased is still a negative one, but cables4all have had no hesitation in giving me a prompt and full refund.

I bought an aerial splitter (£4.99), which is faulty. I have contacted the supplier hoping for help, but all i seemed to get was the suggestion that I try another splitter. It's not worth returning as the postal cost is so high so I am left having to source another item. In my opinion the customer service is very poor if you have a problem with the item purchased. Since writing this review i have had a message from Cables4all, They are going to send me a replacement item, it would appear that there was some misunderstanding between us, I'm.not sure how that happened but hopefully the new device will resolve the problem.

I required some assistance in identifying the correct leads and information to connect my TV to a sound bar, the TV has a coaxial out. The member of staff I spoke to on the telephone and who identified everything I required was truly outstanding nothing was too much trouble, the goods arrived very quickly and work perfectly. One thing if unsure what you need contact this company and don't get ripped off on other sites.
Outstanding customer service proves it has not left the country we still have people who know what it means.

I ordered 10 Maxell recordable cds which would not work in my recorder because of its age. Cables 4 ALL found 10 older issue Maxell cds and sent them to me at no extra cost. They work fine in my recorder and I didn't have to return the ones they had originally sent me. That's service for you.

I bought this short 30cm USB Cable (10Gbps) USB 3.1 Type C to Type A for my iPhone15 Pro. Unfortunately, the ESR iPhone 15 Pro Case didn't allow for the complete insertion of the cable into the phone. I declined to provide a review as requested by the company, as I thought it wasn't their fault and didn't want to write a negative review. I emailed them to explain my problem. They promptly responded by issuing a full refund & stated that I didn't need to return the cable, as this wouldn't be cost effective! Totally amazed & satisfied. Thank you.

Despite seeing the negative reviews I had nothing but a good experience with this company. I never knew there was such a thing as a mini hdmi port, but when it came to needing a hdmi to mini hdmi cable this company was very reasonably priced and next day delivery was also. Arrived next day, great quality and was exactly what I needed. Many thanks.

I'm afraid not a good experience. Order took much longer to arrive than promised. Then it was the wrong cable. Had to repackage and arrange for recollection. Second time the cable was almost correct but I've decided to live with it, rather than try again,

I was confused about what sort of replacement wire was suitable to attach speakers to sound system. Looked at several websites and couldn't make any sense of what I was reading. I saw a phone number on cables4all and thought I'd pick someone's brains. Spoke to Matt, who helped me translate some of the jargon and gave me some good advice. Very happy with results. And the post was fast too. I will be using this company again when I need something.
