I was about to order something from Dunelm but before I made payment I remembered to check which delivery company they use. When I Googled it I found that sadly they use Evri. I then immediately removed the items from my basket. Shame.

I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. The company and the shoes are first class. Unfortunately I needed to return a pair simply because they were a bit big. When I ordered a different pair in the sale, I received an email from John White the next day saying that regrettably this model was now out of stock. However they made a very generous gesture : I could either have a refund or choose an alternative pair - including ones that were not in the sale at no extra cost. John White also offer free delivery and return, and the staff are easy to contact and are very helpful. Excellent.

I bought the chicken dinner as I was going to be on my own Christmas Day. What a disappointment . The carrots, peas, potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding were fine. However that's all I ate as the chicken was like eating a lump of rubber. I couldn't eat any of it. I certainly won't be buying that again!

A couple of days ago I bought a pair of loafers and a patent leather spray. Having tried them on at home I changed my mind and decided to return them. Nothing wrong with the shoes by the way, just not suitable. When I returned them I also requested a refund for the shoecare product as it was unused. The assistant said it was Clarks' policy not to refund these products. I didn't make a fuss about this in the store, and don't blame the assistant, but the policy seems unfair when the product was unopened and the seal untouched. As far as I'm concerned it is £7 down the drain as I'm unlikely to buy patent leather shoes again. Very disappointed with Clarks over this and intend writing to them. I have searched their refund policy and cannot find anything to say that shoecare products are non-refundable.

I bet frequently with Paddy Power. They usually have offers such as free bets and enhanced odds. There are also innovative games that are interesting such as the darts challenge.

I opened an account with Matchbook as they charge a lower commission rate than Betfair. However the range of options are far fewer. For example they don't have a market for shots on target. I closed my account today as my winning bet was settled (correctly in their view) but grossly unfairly in mine. I dare not bet with them again - too risky.

I ordered two coats from M and S. Sadly they used Evri to deliver them. They did not give a definite date as to when they would be delivered. This morning 3rd December I received a message saying my order had been delivered. As this was news to me I checked the message and found a photo of the package left outside my door. It had been there all night. The message said it had been delivered at approximately 8.00pm. I was at home then and no one knocked on my door or rang the bell. Anyone could have stolen the package. I will never ever buy anything from a company that uses Evri.

I ordered a coat online that was reduced in the Black Friday sale. AFTER I had paid there was a note advising me to bring my own bag as they apparently wish to cut down on plastic. They give you just 30 minutes to cancel an order so I immediately rang them to cancel. There's no way I'm going to cram a new coat in a plastic bag. If M and S are so tight as to not have goods properly wrapped then they can keep them. The company has very much worsened in recent years which is sad. M and S should state its policy of bringing your own bag BEFORE we click to make the payment.

My query was answered very quickly and to my satisfaction. I like the chat system where you are given a number in the queue rather than simply waiting for an unknown time. The queue went down very quickly. Very good.

I ordered an extension cable just a couple of days ago and it arrived today by courier. I am happy with my purchase which I considered good value for money, and the company kept me informed regarding delivery. It was also post-free which is a bonus. Many thanks.

I went in today to buy a resistance band. There was a choice of medium strength or heavy. I wasn't sure which to buy so I took one of them to the counter. I asked the assistant if I could swap it for the other one if it wasn't suitable. He replied 'not if you've opened the box, no'. I said in that case I'll leave it and left it on the counter. I will buy one from Argos instead.

I have no problem with the council generally as it does a good job. However my issue is with it's so called Wellness service. I'm overweight with visceral fat around my upper body. My GP suggested I contact this service. However when I rang them they checked my BMI and as it was lower than 30 I did not qualify to be on the service. BMI is a poor way of determining whether someone is eating healthily. Far better to use waist measurement for men and hip measurement for women. My personal trainer for example would qualify for the course as his BMI is over 30 yet he is slim but muscular. I am quite angry at this to be honest.

Easy to order and fast delivery. I like the product as its a low calorie method of getting my protein in. The delivery could be improved if DHL could provide a better time slot than just all day. Otherwise very good.

It used to be fine, but they have suddenly dropped me like a stone. I haven't had a survey to complete for many months. They give no reason and don't even have the decency to reply to messages. My own view is that they must be trying to save money by not allowing folk reach the £50 mark. Customer service is abysmal. Very disappointed as I always thought highly of them. Things have changed for the worse - radically.

I've not had any luck so far. Bought two pairs of trainers on separate occasions and had to send them back. The postage cost me almost £18. I knew I had to pay the cost so that isn't really the issue. The problem is the delivery. At first I was notified that it would arrive by Monday so I stopped in. It arrived on Tuesday. Now I have paid extra for a specified date (next Monday) but have just received a text saying it's likely to arrive this coming Tuesday (when I'm out). I wish they would use Royal Mail which I find far more reliable.

A bit disappointed with the online service. I tried to buy a pair of trainers but kept getting an error message when trying to pay. When I rang up I was told to change my browser as this could be the problem. It may well be the case but messing about with browsers is something I didn't want to do, particularly as I am not that expert in computers and feared it may mess up all my data. Instead, I decided to buy trainers from another company and the payment went through fine. By the way, I still like JD Sports and my local shop is very good with helpful staff albeit with fairly limited stock - hence my decision to buy online with a view to collecting from the store.

Although I returned the trainers, I feel safe buying from JD as they give a no quibble refund or exchange. The shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I just joined on Sunday and so far I am enjoying my experience. My previous gym was freezing, particularly in the spin classes. This gym has a perfect temperature with no pesky fans causing a stiff neck. Loads of classes and plenty of equipment. It is also a bit darker which I also like as it gives a much warmer atmosphere. I was impressed that they had plastic screens around many of the treadmills as a precaution against Covid. If I had to make an improvement it would be to have more tv screens facing the treadmills, with at least one of them showing a news channel.
