Customers service lost in the forest

Shocking customer service. Driver didn't show. Blamed me for not parking my car in the right location. The same location I park my car every night outside my villa, same location I order my fuel from. Notes even has address. Still my fault!!! Never again.

This is very unacceptable experience ever since we use a cafu service for an emergency situation and today when i was stuck with punctured tyres I used cafu … first time when i ordered they had payment issue and it wqs not ordered
Second time when i ordered an appolo tyres which payments was issued and order was placed , but later on after some time the cafu pilot texted me and told me it is not available and he was suggesting me i take china tyres which is only one year warranty , than j called the customer service rhey explained the same thitn and why would these people recommend me a china company tyre which is only one year warranty and which o have ordered is an 5 years warranty and after all thus discussion they are saying we will refund ….. they never gave me an solution and instead wasted my one hour where i was standing in the heat

Great car service today. Nadeesh is great!! Very informative and gave me a full brief on the service he did including photos of all steps after the service and some tips and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him.

Back to Scholl Bundle was subscribed. No promo code received. Called CAFU helpline and after 2 days promo code was sent via WhatsApp and now when it is used for CAFU Go shows Invalid Code. Called helpline again and they need 48 hours to look into this.

Better not market such things which cannot be implemented smoothly and with hassle to the customer!

Cafu has gone down real fast real bad, management change time !

This is really not helpful application. I had a very bad experience today with them. They came and just left me without any help.
There application shows and is meant for help but in real they dont.
So please never depend on them, better to go petrol pump and get petrol galon.

Calling and waiting for cafu is a waste of time you guys choose the wrong name you are not cafu at all

What an unprofessional company Cafu is!! I am not surprised from my review when most of other reviews are negative. I am pregnant and almost delivering and they kept me one hour waiting in the sun as they didn’t accept to put fuel to my car that was in a public parking that operates under Salik despite me offering to pay the parking and begging them as I am pregnant! What a shame; you should change your slogan and customer experience expectations!

i wish i had read all the reviews first. I've used Cafu’s battery replacement service last night. the technician was polite and the job was done well... but he arrived 2 hours late... it's really frustrating and sooo tiring.. not recommended.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it.

I’ve been replacing car batteries for over 15 years, and they normally last 1.5–2 years. In Dec 2024, I tried CAFU in Dubai and paid AED 335 — not cheap at all. Now, just 8 months later (Aug 2025), the battery is completely dead. I’m not even sure if they installed a new battery or a recycled one.

When I called for a replacement under warranty, it turned into a nightmare — 5–6 phone calls, 6–7 follow-ups on WhatsApp, and waiting from 8 AM to 5 PM. Only then did they finally inform me that the warranty is not valid outside Dubai. This is despite me clearly stating in the morning that I had moved to Abu Dhabi.

They wasted my entire day, offered slow and poor customer service, sold me what feels like rubbish-quality batteries, and failed to mention anywhere in the purchase email or warranty card that the warranty is Dubai-only.

Zero stars. First and last time I use CAFU.

Been using Cafu for years but in last 6 months the reliability has been shocking. Now they are charging when before the service was free. It's crazy that it went from free to 20aed delivery and 2aed service fee!

Don’t go for car wash with this company very poor service and extremely bad cleaning with very high price highly not recommended

I’ve been using their services a lot and they were fine but lately their service has been very bad!! A lot of delays with refueling and I couldn’t book to refuel my car until 3 days later. After booking and confirming the order, they cancelled my booking on the day of refueling claiming that one of their trucks had issues. No compensation nothing from their side!!

The worst experience. dont every try to buy a prepaid voucher. Once money is with them you won't be available to redeem it in whole year. the appointments are a nightmare — rarely available at normal times, and even when you do book, you’ll typically wait at least 2 hours. Most of the time, the schedule gets changed unexpectedly.they’ll often send a message saying "the vehicle wasn't available, so our pilot left" very disappointing and unacceptable 😑

I am so disappointed in this company!!! Today we made a booking between 12 and 2pm. The driver arrives at 13:50 and tells us he can't fill the cars because this is Ras Al Khaimah!!! Our car number plates say Dubai. Umm...for the last 3 weeks every week, your OTHER DRIVERS FILLED OUR VEHICLES - Why is it that today your driver refuses to fill the cars and tells us that this is Ras Al Khaimah and not Dubai? I know this is Ras Al Khaimah. We've been living here for a while so I know where we live!! The driver just ended up leaving and didn't fill up the cars. So useless. Such terrible service.

Terrible service. They will charge you in advance for emergency assistance, but their tracking system will continuously postpone the arrival time. A 20-minute emergency you paid for could end up taking an hour or longer.

The most ridiculous service ever. I personally am going to rise a complain against them. The guy couldn’t find my location even after 3 times sending live locations and 3 videos and he canceled without informing while I already paid for it. Make sure you don’t fall down the drain with this shit company and service

I am a frequent user of CAFU's service. Their service is highly reliable and the customer support team is excellent.
