Shocking customer service. Driver didn't show. Blamed me for not parking my car in the right location. The same location I park my car every night outside my villa, same location I order my fuel from. Notes even has address. Still my fault!!! Never again.

Second time when i ordered an appolo tyres which payments was issued and order was placed , but later on after some time the cafu pilot texted me and told me it is not available and he was suggesting me i take china tyres which is only one year warranty , than j called the customer service rhey explained the same thitn and why would these people recommend me a china company tyre which is only one year warranty and which o have ordered is an 5 years warranty and after all thus discussion they are saying we will refund âŠ.. they never gave me an solution and instead wasted my one hour where i was standing in the heat

Back to Scholl Bundle was subscribed. No promo code received. Called CAFU helpline and after 2 days promo code was sent via WhatsApp and now when it is used for CAFU Go shows Invalid Code. Called helpline again and they need 48 hours to look into this.
Better not market such things which cannot be implemented smoothly and with hassle to the customer!

What an unprofessional company Cafu is!! I am not surprised from my review when most of other reviews are negative. I am pregnant and almost delivering and they kept me one hour waiting in the sun as they didnât accept to put fuel to my car that was in a public parking that operates under Salik despite me offering to pay the parking and begging them as I am pregnant! What a shame; you should change your slogan and customer experience expectations!

i wish i had read all the reviews first. I've used Cafuâs battery replacement service last night. the technician was polite and the job was done well... but he arrived 2 hours late... it's really frustrating and sooo tiring.. not recommended.

Iâve been replacing car batteries for over 15 years, and they normally last 1.5â2 years. In Dec 2024, I tried CAFU in Dubai and paid AED 335 â not cheap at all. Now, just 8 months later (Aug 2025), the battery is completely dead. Iâm not even sure if they installed a new battery or a recycled one.
When I called for a replacement under warranty, it turned into a nightmare â 5â6 phone calls, 6â7 follow-ups on WhatsApp, and waiting from 8 AM to 5 PM. Only then did they finally inform me that the warranty is not valid outside Dubai. This is despite me clearly stating in the morning that I had moved to Abu Dhabi.
They wasted my entire day, offered slow and poor customer service, sold me what feels like rubbish-quality batteries, and failed to mention anywhere in the purchase email or warranty card that the warranty is Dubai-only.
Zero stars. First and last time I use CAFU.

Iâve been using their services a lot and they were fine but lately their service has been very bad!! A lot of delays with refueling and I couldnât book to refuel my car until 3 days later. After booking and confirming the order, they cancelled my booking on the day of refueling claiming that one of their trucks had issues. No compensation nothing from their side!!

I am so disappointed in this company!!! Today we made a booking between 12 and 2pm. The driver arrives at 13:50 and tells us he can't fill the cars because this is Ras Al Khaimah!!! Our car number plates say Dubai. Umm...for the last 3 weeks every week, your OTHER DRIVERS FILLED OUR VEHICLES - Why is it that today your driver refuses to fill the cars and tells us that this is Ras Al Khaimah and not Dubai? I know this is Ras Al Khaimah. We've been living here for a while so I know where we live!! The driver just ended up leaving and didn't fill up the cars. So useless. Such terrible service.

Terrible service. They will charge you in advance for emergency assistance, but their tracking system will continuously postpone the arrival time. A 20-minute emergency you paid for could end up taking an hour or longer.
