DO NOT BUY - I've sent 10+ emails trying to cancel my subscription and they keep saying, oh so sorry, technical issues.

DO NOT BUY!!! It’s a scam!!!! You have to subscribe in order to even try them and then when you want to unsubscribe they will say “we have technical problems” and will NOT let you and keep charging you!!! Save yourself the time and headache!! TERRIBLE! Gummies do NOTHING!!!!

First time I ordered my phone automatically put in an old address. I contacted them within seconds, they claimed that it had already been shipped told me that I could go to this random persons house and collect my parcel. The second attempt I was somehow automatically put into a reacurring subscription i never asked for and i have been asking since the day of the order for them to cancel. They have asked why around 3 times i have told them i dont want it never did. They then have told me they are unable to proccess this request
twicr. I received my parcel great but don't seem to work and this service is absolutely bullshit. They are still attempting to take money... jokes on them i used a single use card for scammer reasons.

I decided to order cause it was buy 1 get 1 free yet I only received one bag with a note stating they added both bags to one yet there bags are supposed to contain 60 per bag so we all got ripped off as we should have received 120 gummies!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time or money with this product cause you don't get what you pay for nor can you get a response when you contact them!

I will not be ordering again from this site!

What a rip off!! They advertise each bag with 60 gummies. Buy 1 and get 1 free. Except when you get your order they send a note that says they ran out of bags so they put 2 bags into 1. But the total is still only 60 gummies. Apparently their bags are only supposed to contain 30 gummies (2 weeks worth?! Wtf?) It’s also shipped from CHINA! Took weeks! The ingredients are terrible. Buy Olly Hoo-Ha on Amazon instead! Sooo much better! Works and great price. Actually contains probiotics!! Don’t buy this crap!! Save your money

Absolutely appalling I bought the buy 2 get two bag and they sent only 2 stating that they ran out of the 30 gummy pack and it seems they are doing it to a lot of other people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AS FOR THE QUALITY I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY REAL RESULTS SO MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

Never received my order. Even thought they said it was delivered I never received my order. Then I tried to cancel my subscription and they email me about a week later saying the system is down and they could not cancel my subscription. I tell you one thing try and take on penny and I promise I and going straight to the bank and my lawyers will have fun with you. I’m never dealing with this company again. Bad business bad business bad Business.

Do not buy from them! The BOGO is a lie. They send you a bag of 60 saying they didn't have any smaller bags available so they combined them, when in reality the order was for the bag of 60 and then get a bag of 60 free. The serving size is 2 per day so you are paying this price for only one month, but they want you to think it's more. Customer service is horrible and they don't acknowledge they falsely advertise the bag count and size. I never write reviews but this purchase and company are such a lie I felt compelled!

Please dont market as 1 for 1 and took long to arrive Singapore, felt being Scammed by their promoting of their BOGO promo

I ordered buy one package get one free only one package showed up. I contacted them it took almost two weeks for them to get back to me. My second package showed up and i had to pay the post office to pick it up even though shipping was included in the cost. I contacted customer service and have had no luck. Horrible. Product is nothing special. Waste of time effort and money. Not happy!

Similar experience to those below. Bought two bags expecting two free. Got two bags and a well designed note saying they were “out of small bags and gave me big ones” even though all their photos and marketing show their bag to be 60 gummies which is exactly what I got. It’s obvious from the time they put into the note design that this is standard practice for them. Contacting customer service and talked to Georgia who just kept repeating that I was given large bags instead of small - despite no bags of 30 being shown on their site. I took a screen shot of a promotion showing a 60 gummy bag and “buy one get one free” and sent it to her. She just ended up copy and pasting old messages she already sent me. This is obviously the reason their comments are turned off on everything on IG. Will continue to report their profiles and spread the word so other people don’t waste $60 on pineapple flavoured gummies.

Also took five weeks to arrive.

If there was option for 0stars I would this is the fourth time this company has tried to charge me with out an subscription and having my details from the first purchase this company was threatened by reviews that they sent me a vital source pack after two months of no contact of countless emails and then recently having sent a pack that was their actual brand they again tried to charge me from my account today and having after told them I do not wish to have anything to do with them anymore stay far away from this company they are SCAMMERS and the next time they try to charge I’m taking it up with my lawyer

Worst customer service experience 😒 for 4 months been emailing and letting them know I never received the product and I paid for it. All they keep sending me is a tracking system saying it came. I do not care what tracking system said! It never came I want my money back!!!! And now see te rest of these reviews and knowing they are dealing with a Georgia too tells me I will never see my money.

SCAM! The buy one, get one free is a total scam. They will never send you the free ones, so you’ll only get half your order. I wish I would have seen all the other reviews saying that exact same thing before I ordered. No one ever responds at the “contact us” email they provide. No one has actually been available to respond or help resolve the issue with my order. DO NOT order from this site.

Their buy one get one is a scam. You have Georgia keep telling you that you ordered 30 gummies bags- but their bags are for 60. So honestly I have no expectations that this will work at all - they are probably just pineapple gummies. Plus they come from China

Georgia, who’s the only person in customer service, has finally replied after a significant amount of emails from me asking to cancel my subscription, and she replied saying that due to a logistic matter she can’t cancel my subscription. Honestly, I wish I have read the reviews before purchasing from them, a huge headache just to cancel something that I haven’t even subscribed for!

Have nIn January 2025, I placed an order for a dietary supplement from Try Nutra Life after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. The ad promised delivery within 7-10 business days, and when I completed my payment, an automatic distance contract was formed.

However, despite ordering on January 16, 2025, I have not received my package to this day. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, but they either take a long time to respond or try to brush me off with vague or conflicting answers. In one email, they told me I would receive a new tracking code soon, while in another, they said my case was being transferred to another department.

My order was part of a "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" deal, meaning I was supposed to receive four packs (each containing 60 gummies) for a total cost of $49.95. Since I never received my package, I requested a refund, but they have ignored my request.

However, I noticed that they have disabled comments on all their posts—most likely to prevent victims from exposing them. Despite having over 19,000 followers, many of whom may have already been scammed, they continue advertising on Instagram.

I am disappointed that Instagram allows such fraudulent businesses to operate freely on its platform. This experience has made me question whether Instagram is still a safe place for online shopping, as it seems scammers can easily exploit users without consequences.

I ordered some ph balance gummies. The order was taking more than a week when the guarantee was for 5 days. I emailed to cancel. They sent the order and then Georgia replied that the order had already been processed and couldn't be canceled. I ordered a buy one get one free and only received one. I emailed to let them know it was received and that I want to cancel the subscription. It still shows up as an active subscription and they have yet to reply to my requests to cancel.

If I could rate zero I would!! Still haven’t received my order, by the sounds of the reviews it doesn’t look promising! They turned comments off all their social media I tried email and Facebook messaging with no response! I guess I will have to dispute the transaction!
