Calor contacted me to advise that my gas delivery was en route. The driver phoned me when he arrived. He was polite, happy and efficient.A nice experience.

I work at a school that relies on gas deliveries due to our location.

Almost every month we have to chase a delivery. We have a telemetry system in place which should notify Calor that we are at 20% so they can schedule a delivery in time.

On the last occasion Calor did not turn up. After numerous phone calls and the pleasant customer service team members placating the issue.

After numerous hours spent on the phone being told on the phone and monitoring the online tracking system that I was constantly told a delivery was on the way.

Calor knew we needed a delivery for over 2 weeks yet didn't action it.

As a result our school ran empty on Gas and we could not cook a hot meal that day or heat our building. Totally avoidable.
We had to put emergency procedures in place for the following day to make sure we could provide a meal to our 130 children.

I use 15 kg propane bottles and bought a new bottle from you so that I can keep two spare now. It was delivered next day, which is an improvement on last time (it was over a week). The fella was very efficient at finding my address etc, unfortunately he did not ask if I needed it carrying anywhere - I live in a first floor flat. Oh well, I need some way of working off those Digestives with white chocolate I keep buying.

Calor Gas needed to replace and upgrade our old meter.
Bowesy and Josh (Plymouth) carried out the work and they kept us fully informed of the plans prior to and during the job itself and they managed to find an ideal solution for fitting the new one into the existing cabinet without causing any disruption to the property or garden. Thanks for sorting this out for us.

My bulk LPG arrived as promised and I received a text to confirm the delivery date. The tanker driver and mate were polite and efficient. I received an email delivery note later in the day.Excellent service from Calor. Thanks

Gas was delivered within 14 days as promised. Delivered safely - we have a rather awkward steep driveway. Thank you. But I would prefer to speak to a real person when ordering, instead of an automated voice.

The lovely man was so thoughtful that he offered to help me with my shopping (I am disabled) it was very efficient and kind.

Recently had a delivery of gas for FLT from Leeds, Tim was the driver, very polite and efficient and happy in his work.

I was rescued by Sean and Adam in the middle of nowhere. Damaged two tyres in a puddle-hidden pothole in the middle of nowhere in Wrynose Pass, Lake District. These guys were wonderful. Got me to a pub where coukdccontactvrental car company. I will always be grateful to Sean and Adam. The weather was atrocious which made it all the tougher on everyone.

I ordered gas at the beginning of March and had a delivery date of March 17th. At 16.45 I telephoned them to find out if the lorry was still coming- only to be told the vehicle had broken down one stop away from me!!! It would have been courteous for them to have let me know BUT they didn’t. So, I said in that case will I get a delivery tomorrow. Calor said it had been planned ahead and couldn’t give me a date!!! I telephoned a day or two later and still no date available. I am elderly and disabled and my gas was down to 16%, which I need for heating, cooking and hot water. FINALLY I had a delivery exactly one week later (strangely enough on a Tuesday again) March 24th. They not only have messed me about now and in the past but also my neighbours.
